Why you deserve to be unbanned: I was falsely accused of using xrays.
Any additional information: I don't know how someone could come with the conclusion that i was using xrays. I always us the same mining method since i started this server (mine in one direction which eventually creates a trench). What I find weird is the person who issued my ban is neither an alpha or warden (if i recall correctly).

Any additional information: i always had the same method in mining. I always mine in one direction and grab whatever ores, mushroom stalks and diamonds i find. sometimes i find ores (or diamonds) on the sides and keep digging in that direction until its just regular netherbrick. If you ask me using xrays kinda throws away the purpose of mining (in my opinion). i dont know how someone would accuse me in using xrays.
C'mon guys hes innocent unban him i personally now this player and hes good at mining please correct this mistake :/

Why you deserve to be unbanned: There was an honest and understandable mistake on the guards part and all I ask is a fair chance for me to come back on since I didn't use the X-Ray hack mod or any variation of it.I'm a new free citizen and would like to be on here to fully experience it.
Any additional information: My mining trips: I go down into the ntherbrick mine (after i was told there were more diamonds in there than the pumpkin mine) and I use my efficiency4/unbreaking3 diamondpick to mine faster than usual. I find a diamond and i take out my fortune3 diamond pick and mine it. In all of my other servers when there is 1 diamond there is always more around it. So i always dig around the diamond 1-2 in every direction and find more. Than i just get out of the diamond " Pocket" and randomly dig in another direction. My guess is that 1-2% of the blocks in the netherbrick mine are diamond ores. If this is a crime to use my real mining techniques then I would like to know about it. I swear on my life I didn't xray and no other guard has banned me when i walk out of the mine with diamonds in hand. I got most of my money from winning a spot in event wars. I sold my spot for 180k to cooltalool. I used i think 65k of that on a fortune3 from egypto. I then mined and 2-3 hours later i had 5 stacks of diamond. I sold all of that lvled up my friend supergoober to c then bought 2 more picks from egypto. So again I promise you I didn't hack/xray/ or mod. I swear on my life I didn't.
I understand it was a mistake on the guards part and don't have anything against him. I would just like this mistake to go away. I felt I didn't explain myself well enough in my first apeal!
