There is a forge version but it doesn't always work te best... And it's only for 1.7.10 and 1.8
If you thinkBallisticVirus5YT's question was meant more broadly than it was phrased, then it would be more appropriate to respond to BallisticVirus5YT and explain the difference between "this mod" (WorldEditWrapper) and World Edit.
I was wondering if i dont need liteloader thingy to use this mod.because i dont have much room on my laptop and im not sure if i need it.So if i can just use it the normal way by puting it in the mods folder etc. Please reply before I install it
This is a LiteLoader mod, thus you need LiteLoader to use the wrapper.

This question asked & answered previously on this very page.
I was running minecraft 1.8 with the chickenbonescore and no other mods i am also on mac if that helps i can use this mod on sky factory but also if i am on at launcher download the vinilla minecraft pack and then add it it still doesn't work email me at [email protected] of you need a video of what i did.
Your forge is way out of date. Try 11.14.1.1334 - the recommended version for 1.8
