The rules of the server will be fairly simple and straight forward. 1) No xraying or cheating of any kind. I will actively look for xrayer's and any other sort of cheating to make sure that the server is as fair as possible for everyone. This will be achieved through the use of several plugins and good mods. 2) Obsidian bases and water walls are off limits, however having vaults to store the valuables is acceptable. (punishment includes having your base MC-Edited out of the world, the vault should be no bigger than 6x6x5 but if its reasonably small I wont care) 3) If you are attacked by other players who are not cheating in some way its 100% up to you to defend yourself and your base. 4) If in active combat with another player you may not log out to avoid the conflict, a plugin will be installed to avoid such issues. (These rules can change at any time and if they do everyone will be informed immediately, also if you have any suggestions feel free to PM me or post here about it)
There will be 40 slots.
Plugins I Will be installing
1) Factions 2) World border plugin of some sort 3) EnchantShops (to disable unwanted enchants) 4) And a few unimportant moderating tools
The current list of mods are 1) Impendin 2) Apocalypse922 3) Dobo189
The goal of the server is to create a similar experience to 1.7.3 beta.
A donation page will be set up shortly and will work similar to Janus's in that if you donate you will get a reserved spot on the server.

I want to play here because of the emphasis on no mercy pvp. Im relatively suck of carebears whining and just want a good environment for pvp.
I expect a ruthless pvp environment in which I will be shown no mercy nor will I show others mercy.
I like building and raiding but Im not much for destroying other peoples things unless its the only way to get to their stuff.
