I'd like to throw in my opinion on this. Even if you were "besties" with Starzy calling someone that name even if it wasn't an admin is wrong. And you persisted with saying disrespectful things. An admin didn't ban you a chat mod did. And if I was in there position I would have done the same thing. They didn't abuse their powers whatsoever.
Waespym you have been here for quite a long time, I remember when you joined killion. Back when WuTang and Triforce were the badass clans guards were killed then and I know for a fact you were one of the people that hunted guards. It's no diffrent today. Instead of going on with pointless arguments just give it up. No matter what you or anyone else says Frees will always go after guards.

So I have previous experience Moderating Killion and other servers as well. I am a very mature player in my opinion and I believe I have proven myself quite trustworthy. I hope I'm still able to be considered for the Moderation role and that we can put my past behind me. In a way I feel kind of lost not being apart of the killion staff anymore and I would like another try.

My Blizzard account got hacked: I cannot log into Battle.net and I cannot, most importantly, START A SUPPORT TICKET on Blizzard's website.
The hackers took control of my email and therefore I cannot reset my password, and every option Blizzard seems to present for individuals who are hacked involve either resetting the password or starting a support ticket; all options require logging in!!!
I CAN'T LOG IN and their website says there is phone support for account issues.
Please help; how do I take back control of my account? I don't even like the game - I think it's crap, but still, I paid $60 for it and I don't want someone else using it.

Why do you want to be staff here? (At least 1-2 good paragraphs): I would like to be staff here because first off, it looks absolutely amazing and I would love to be apart of it. Also Moderating and/or doing daily tasks to keep a server in check is something I love to do and have for a long time. And since this is a fallout based server and I love fallout from the bottom of my heart, that just makes me want it more. I think I would be a great addition to the team and I hope you think so too.
What experience in Fallout do you have?: I have played Fallout. Fallout 2. Fallout Tactics. Fallout 3. And Fallout NV I would say I have quite a bit of exp with fallout and know a lot of the lore.
What rp experience do you have?: I have a decent amount of RP exp I was Moderator on a few RP servers in the past (When MC was in beta) but they have since shut down. I have also played on quite a few RP servers including one other Fallout based server.
What staff experience do you have?: This is where I really shine. I have quite a bit of staff exp. As I said above I was Mod on a few other Roleplay servers and also have been staff on a very old server called Xicraft. I was staff on an elder scrolls based RP server. My most recent staff position was on Killion Detention Center as Admin or "Warden" as you can most likely imagine that was a tough job being one of the most popular minecraft servers to date.
Pick 2 of our rules and come up with 1 situation for each rule in which a player is breaking that rule, and how you would handle it:Do not spam:While this is a pretty simple rule it is one that is often broken in my exp. What I would normally do is warn them and tell them the next will result in a mute. If they continue I would mute them for 5-10 minutes depending on the severity and if continued I would ban. Now that scenerio is for minor spam. If I was to encounter major spam in a bot like form I would (5+ lines) I would normally insta ban but that is of course all depending on what the owner set the rules as. No Griefing:For Griefing I would normally insta-ban and depending what plugin is being used I would either. Roll it back, Worldedit it out, or simply fix it the old fashioned way with my hands. Once again I would change this depending on what the punishment is for griefing on this server.
Why should we accept you as staff? (At least 1-2 good paragraphs): I think you should accept me as staff as I have a lot of experience, once I get a position I stay dedicated to it till the end. I can be on a ton helping out be it moderating or Admining, I have a ton of time on my hands at the moment and could spend a big share of that time on the server. I believe I can contribute a ton to the server in terms of helping out (I can build if needed). I'm a very trustworthy staff member now I don't expect you to believe that just by reading my application but I would like a chance to prove it to you.
