Hyper Voice on Mega Gardevoir is superior to Moonblast in every way(except Moonblast's chance to lower Special Attack but pfffftt), so that's why running both it and Moonblast is bad. Will-O-Wisp is good on support Gardevoir, but Mega Gardevoir is very much a special sweeper. I can completely understand not liking Focus Blast; I hate using it myself, but obviously special Fighting moves are in low supply.
That setup looks good, but go with Hyper Voice over Moonblast if you can.
I wish you could get it on Gardy in Gen 6. I don't feel like breeding one in B2 to get Hyper Voice.
Why on earth would you go for Defense over Speed? Especially with Natures, you should go with the standard Modest or Timid, a Bold Gardevoir would be stupid. Run 252 SpAtt and 252 Speed with either Modest or Timid.
The moveset is also baffling. Moonblast and Hyper Voice? Why? And why Thunderbolt over Focus Blast or Shadow Ball? You definitely shouldn't be using Mega Gardevoir to cripple opponents either, it seems to me like you can't decide whether you want a moveset for normal Gardevoir or Mega Gardevoir. Use Calm Mind instead of Will-O-Wisp.

Does anyone know a good nature and EVs for Mega Gardy? I'm gonna try to breed a shiny in B2 so I can give it Hyper Voice, as MGardevoir gets Pixelate, which turns all Normal type moves into Fairy type moves. Sound moves also hit through Substitutes now.
My efforts have been foiled by a Shiny Forretress.

MGardevoir's stats are these: 68 / 75 / 65 / 175 / 135 / 100
I was thinking about 252 SpAttk, 252 Defense (to support it's resistances) with Bold.
The moveset could be standard fare, with Moonblast/Thunderbolt/Hyper Voice/Wii-o-Wisp.
Does this look good? I have a couple of Pokemon with good natures in my 5th gen games, so I'm just waiting for Pokebank.
