What has motivated you to apply for an Admin position? I am motivated to apply for admin because I want everyone to have a safe environment to play on and I want to help fix every bug or any problem that may occur on the server. I will make it my responsibility to make sure the server is as professional as I can make it as well as dedicate time to the server. I also want to be admin so I can lead the group of moderators and other staff positions we have so they are all familiar with how things will go around the server and so I can teach them some things I know and would love to share.

I am also motivated because I want everyone to be on the same page as a staff on this server. I can help on just about everything. I am a great builder and also a great idea coordinator and idea manager. I can give so many ideas to help this server get to the point it needs to be to succeed. I am a great staff manager as well, just in case someone needs help, I am always available and will be there to answer any of there questions or concerns.

Why should we choose you to become an Admin? You should choose me to become an Admin because I feel like this is the right job for me. I am a amazing leader when it comes to making sure everyone is doing what they are suppose to while still having tons of fun on the server. I am also a great listener because I am willing to listen to what anyone has to say to me and answer any question they may have. I am also a pretty good minecraft player and have been playing the game for quiet some time now so I know tons of things about minecraft that can come in handy. Last but not least, I enjoy helping people. I will do anything in my power to make sure someone gets the best educated answer from me that they can get. It can be a extremely hard question or a simple question.


I am a great leader because I can make sure everyone is doing what they are suppose to while still having fun. My goal is to make sure everyone has fun but at the same time be respectful to every player on the server. I can make sure everyone is doing what they are suppose to just by lingering around everywhere for about 1-2 hours at a time. This may be a long time but a leader doesn't get anything out of work if they don't try there best. Every staff member must understand that everything we do on the server is for the players. We have to quit thinking about ourselves sometimes and realize that. I plan to make sure every staff member understands that if they don't already.

I am a great listener because I am willing to listen to what anyone may have to say to me. Also, I am ready to answer any question they may have as well. I will help in questions that relate to other things as well that are not just minecraft so they know that staff is here to do there job as well as be there friend. I will answer questions from "How do you open your inventory?" to "Can someone help me with my homework?". I am a very intelligent person so that would not be to hard to deal with.

I am a great minecraft player because I have known minecraft for quiet some time now. I have had minecraft for over 3 and a half years now and I don't plan to stop any time soon. I love the game so much that I never really get bored of it. I have seen so many things in these 3 years from griefing to extreme hacking and I have figured out ways to stop some of it. I hope to be able to stop griefing and hacking on the server with the help of everyone on the server.

I love helping people. I feel as if helping is something I have been put on this earth to do. Everytime I help someone I just feel completed and satisfied at what I just did. I love that feeling and I want it to keep going.

In what ways could you positively contribute to the community? I can positively contribute to the community in many ways. I can bring someone who is very mature and is always trying to do something to help. I can also bring someone who is online all the time and is willing to make friends with everyone on the server. I want to show everyone that staff is here for them but we are also here to have fun with them as well. I will enjoy interacting with people on the server and if I interact as a staff member they will respect staff even more in my eyes because they realize even though we have a hard job we still have time to have fun with them. I want to make sure everyone understands that as best as they can.

Also. I can contribute tons of my free time to this server to make sure a staff member is always online. I will also play with tons of people on the server and make sure I at least put a smile on 1 persons face a day.

I can contribute a person that will always try to look at the bright side of everything. If someone makes a mistake I will try to comfort them by telling them the bright side of that and hopefully getting a laugh out of it if possible. I understand there are always to parts to a story and I plan to hear both parts to every story.

Finally, I can contribute a person that loves making people laugh and having fun with them. I enjoy when people laugh at what I have to say or a story I might have to tell and it just makes my day.

What experiences do you have with moderating a community or game? I have a very diverse set of experience when it comes to moderation. I have been admin on a server called PCGamingForums where as an admin I would have to monitor games from minecraft to H1Z1. That server is where I gained most my knowledge on minecraft because it taught be how to deal with plugins and configuring them to be usable on the server in our own way. Also, another server that helped me a lot being a moderator in was a server called RCGamers. It helped me a lot when it came to just moderating chat and getting to know tons of commands that a normal moderator would use while he is on the job. I have also been in countless servers that after 1 month of launch would shut down because of the owner not putting in enough work after the whole staff team would work there butts off to make the server a better place! I do not have very much proof of either one sadly because it was about a year ago and I laid off a bit just focusing on a server I was making but I ended up stopping it because I didn't have the money to keep going.

Is there anything else which you would like to add? I am a very funny person. I get told at school by the teachers all the time that I should be voted class clown. I can also be strict though if it is necessary but I always enjoy getting a laugh from everything. I am also the captain of my B-Team football team and I plan to become the captain of the varsity team one day. I have to handle everyone on the team all the time but while we are in game I deal with leading 11 players to win a game. It is pretty hard but it is something I love doing and I feel like it is very similar to what I would have to do here if I were to get accepted.
