Currently set to peaceful, ancient city located and looted i got bored) three villages a Pillager Outpost and an ocean Monument all with close distance to spawn.
Only rules don't mess with other people's stuff and other than that go wherever build wherever and whatever you want whether it be a simple base or some large ostentatious megabase or megastructure.
