The players must be using the new minecraft enchanting system effectively then. I feel that the system is a lot more grindy but the chances of getting good enchantments shouldn'tve changed.
9/10 times when someone is phished, they are phished because they fell for something very obvious. There are many safeguards that can slightly inconvenience you, but say you have $500+ associated with your steam account, I would take every safeguard there is.
My favorite mob is the Villager. It's uses trading alone makes it the most powerful mob in the game. It's custom villages make great places to create fanfic and literature
Most people want it Random, also we would have to add every mob head in the game, and it would be a hassle to get them all
I think that mob heads would be great. There are already mob heads for every mob. You have to kill the mob with an explosion from an electric creeper. This adds incredible rarity, but there should be a way to re-use the heads. When you use a head in a banner, you can copy the banner, so maybe either not use the head when you craft a statue, or allow a way to make a copy/mold of the statue.
You could place a nether portal block where the player is standing, then set their gamemode to creative to instantly teleport them, then back to survival or adventure. In the nether you can hollow a huge portion out and import in an end island.
You could have a command block for every inventory slot that is testing for a bow with the enchantment of infinity. When it detects it, it could clear the bows and give one back.
The thing about that is, why should mojang be responsible for other people's modifications of their game? It isn't at all hard to install a mod.
Vanilla minecraft is what you purchase. The mods are things you can do in the game if you want. Why would you buy a game not to play the game, but to play what other people made?
People will use mods in the game. It is something that has indeed grown the minecraft community greatly. Modding the code is not recommended by Mojang. If you made a game and someone came up to you and said "What you coded is boring and I don't like playing it" How would you feel about it?
The few people who play minecraft and cannot install mods either have no idea how to use this magical thing called google correctly, or they aren't permitted by their parents and/or guardians. Neither of the two cases should require the makers of the game to put themselves in a huge position of discomfort.
When you are getting error messages with a mod, it means you messed something up, or the person who is changing a game for you did something wrong. It shouldn't be mojang's problem to deal with that. It is also pretty much impossible to do so. Each mod is different, and the developer of the mod is best place to go.
All I'm trying to say right now is that installing mods is easier than squat. Mojang has more important things to do than to cater to the less fortunate. If you are having a problem installing mods, there is always this thing called Technic, FTB, and AT. People compiled loads of mods for you so you press one button and the game is there waiting for you. You could also use a 3rd party auto-installer such a MAND which can locate your directory and download the necessary files on command.
I think this would fit betting in an RPG mod/plugin. In the minecraft theme that I believe the developers want to keep is that you are a random human who is alone in a world and has to forage nature's supplies to build great cities. Adding things like races and villages you spawn in wrecks the vibe.

It is simple, light, and can even help people who don't have good enough graphic cards.

That is my bad. I didn't specify that you would exit the nether through another nether portal.
