Is it possible for someone to to make a welcome script file that actually works? I've done tons of searching on the internet and have even tried myself, but nothing has worked for me exactly. if someone can do that, it will be greatly appreciated.

What's your favorite quality from the server: My favorite quality from the Fatality server is that everyone on the server and that all the guards and wardens are welcoming to people.
What's your best memory on the server: When I first came on people welcome me especially tinykittenz . but everyone made me feel welcomed. After about 5 minutes on the server I was given 200k to rankup by tinykittenz. After my first 10 minutes on the server I have liked it.
What's your best Minecraft memory: When I first heard about minecraft I thought it was stupid until about a year ago my friend gave me his minecraft to try the game out. I logged onto the account and started a world. The first 10 minutes I was bored, but then I had had finish making iron armor and a iron sword. I felt happy and accomplished. Ever since that experience I have liked minecraft.
Why are you applying for a position as a guard: I am applying for Guard on the server because i believe there is not enough guards to protect all the prisoners. I also love taking responsibility for myself and others.
Why should we choose you out of every other player on the server: I listen and do what I am told plus I am respectful to everyone. Also I am friendly and helpful to the players and staff.
