Minecraft is my escape when I want to take a break from FPS games which are my main game that I play, Specifically Destiny, COD, Battlefield. Stuff like that. Your plans on the server: When I get tired of raging on CoD, I like to have some place to chill and hangout with like minded gamers. I am not much of a builder or a redstone guy, but I still give my best. Currently a full time college student so once school starts back up I wont be as active as I would be in the summer.
I have been looking around for a new server after the last one I was on disbanded. I work full time and I am a full time student so I play in my free time. Just looking for a good group of people to relax and hangout with after a long day.
What can you bring to Alastor?: I have experience in communities on Xbox and PC since I was 13. I’m not a very good builder or red stone expert, but I try to do my best. As they are something that has always interested me since I started playing Minecraft.

What is your favorite/preferred base/building style?: I don't find myself to be a very good builder but I enjoy medieval.
What aspect of vanilla gameplay draws you towards SMP?: Exploration, there are so many things you can do in minecraft if you set your mind to it.
Do you have any experience with Minecraft communities?: I was in a community previously of about 20ish people. Everyone got busy with real life stuff including the owner of the server so it was closed.
Outside of Minecraft, what kinds of activities/hobbies do you enjoy?: Alpine skiing is my passion, I am ski instructor at the resort near me and it is the best job in the world. I am also a full time student working towards a degree in Political Science.
What about us stood out to you?: All the servers that are what I'm looking for are already huge servers with a lot of people. The performance of those can go down due to the large amount of people on them. I am just looking for a good group of people who enjoy playing some Minecraft.

How many hours do you tend to play a week?: 20ish hours a week.
Anything else you'd like to add?: I am a full time college student so when I am not doing homework im either playing minecraft or on the xbox grinding whatever it is im in the mood for. I also play with my girlfriend who is the biggest noob you will ever meet.
Why would you like to join?: I currently play on a realm with my girlfriend, I sometimes get bored whenever she isn't on because she likes being able to build stuff with me. So I am just looking for a change of pace whenever she isn't on.
Previous experience with vanilla servers: I currently play on a server that has too many plugins that break the game. For example, as I started to build some farms (mob farms... etc) they are basically useless which leads me to believe that the mob spawning has been altered. It might as well be on peaceful, there is literally no mobs. That kind of stuff makes it no fun for me. I love Hermitcraft, I watch mumbo, tango, and impulse religiously. I am not the greatest builder so I build to my needs.

xbox for over a decade and minecraft is a good platform to meet a lot of good people.
