Okay, so I have been playing MC for quite some time, and I have always loved the technic modpack. However, this newer version seems kind of off to me, especially after the whole Forestry fiasco. It seems weird that the modpack no longer includes IndustrialCraft, one of the founding four or five mods. So, I was just wondering what the general MC community thought about the changes introduced.

Have you looked at the clay soldiers mod yet? That's all I can think of.

I have Equivalent Exchange mod with the full red matter set, so I am invulnerable to lava damage

I replace the dirt and stone around the next user's spawn point with tnt, which I then cover smooth stone+pressure plates

A block, mob drop, or rare chest item to show a bit of a legend, or maybe the location of strongholds or secret weapons.

Minecraft isn't a sandbox game, it's more like a building game with more explosions and zombies. If you think the ending shouldn't be there, press the "escape" key and go whatever else you want to do.

Not tools, but maybe an armor upgrade to mitigate more damage or deal part of it back. Also as a decoration.

1. Lostcraft- it's an absolutely massive server, with so many games, helpful moderators, and neat mods like the apples come from trees mod to help new players. It is a bit lagtastic, though.
2. Eclipse Craft- PvP, looting, and minimal protections make this server a kill-or-be-killed hunt. the current map is nice too. Just watch out for jerk donators who kill noobs.
3. Master Crafters- main attraction is it's a large server with lots of features and minimal lag.

Maybe you could have a special powered mine cart that is stronger/faster than normal, maybe empty diamond empty
redstone furnace redstone
(The iron is a cowcatcher) empty minecart iron
or a large minecart : (anywhere) minecart minecart minecart to be modified into a dining/living car, or a large storage area.

Ok, I have Vista, and there is no "run" command on start. Can anyone help me with this?

I can't log in to any servers in minecraft and whenever I try I get an "End of Stream Error". does anyone know how to fix this?

a seed i tried, its 554456764575645, or something like that, spawns you in a very cavernous hilly area, with relatively easy-to-get diamonds

Please post some Pokemon skins. As a side note, avoid pokemon that have no humanoid shape or are too big.
