As for seeing entities that are invisible while XRay is on, that feature was removed a while back because it was causing a crash and I didn't think that many people were using it. So I never invested the time to make it work correctly.
The thing is, I don't want my XRay mod to become anything more than just an "XRay mod". Coordinates and fly are included for historical reasons, but I don't want to add too much more.
I may soon be separating them into three different mods. That way you can pick and choose which features you want, as well as allow me to put out updates for each separate mode faster.
