Good fixes but many more to go.
... I've got arthritis in my fingers and it hurts to play this way. I can harvest many with water but not sugar cane. It was so nice to be able to hold the trigger down and have stuff happen...
I agree that they should fix this but sugar cane can be harvested via piston. Once set up you can harvest with one push of a button or even set it up to auto-harvest.

That was a skeleton trap. Look up "skeleton horse" in the wiki for more info.

Once the sheep is sheared the wool has to grow back. The wool won't grow back until the sheep eats grass. If the sheep can't reach a grass block it will remain wool-less.
If that isn't the problem, try being more descriptive and/or consult the wiki entry under "sheep".

1.13 is the Java version, if you purchased Minecraft through the windows store you have the Bedrock version.

So pretty graphics will somehow add new life to the game when tons of new content, according to you, won't?
For the record, I'm playing a map that started on xbox 360 and that I continue to play daily. Hundreds of hours and I'm really enjoying all of the new stuff. No idea what you're talking about.

The person I quoted said they had stopped playing Minecraft and would only resume playing it when the super dooper graphics are released. My point being the graphics of this game aren't exactly the point and I don't see why someone would stop playing it because of something that hasn't been added to the game when so much actual content has been added to this game (aquatic update, the new village and pillage stuff, etc etc). There's more to do, build, see than ever.

Makes sense to me: I will not play this game intentionally designed with simple graphics unless they add fancy graphics to it. No, no, don't bother me with the fact that they keep adding lots of interesting things to the game that make it fun to play, I want pretty graphics on this game where almost everything is made of cubes.

I believe the time is actual real world time.
If you drink milk it will remove the bad omen effect (has to be done before entering a village). That also works for when a witch hits you with a splash potion.

Hmm, could be. I've done a few but I didn't really pay attention to how many waves there were.
I believe if you remove all of the beds from the village it will no longer be considered a village and will stop the raid.
1
Make sure you're both on the same version number. Other than that I would suggest contacting microsoft/xbox live support.

The number of waves depends on difficulty: 3 for easy, 5 for normal, 7 on hard. Search "raid" on the wiki for additional info.

The community voted on the appearance of the mob, unless I'm mistaken, the mechanics of the mob weren't revealed until after voting was completed.
That's how I remember it at any rate. I've been wrong once or twice before in my life.

I'm really not interested enough to do all that. If you were looking for actual answers to what happened I provided a couple reasonable guesses based on the mechanics of this game. If you are trying to post some sort of "creepy pasta" as Mr. Art suggests, then no one here buys it. This is a game and only a game and it can only do what it was programmed to do.
If the game did scare you, I would suggest you probably aren't yet at the maturity level needed to play it and maybe you should come back to it in a couple years when you are. It does seem Minecraft will still be going then.

It does appear that when the player is out of range of a chunk the chunk essentially freezes in time until a player is close enough to reload it. Mobs that otherwise would burn up during the day will still be there and item drops won't despawn either.

Assuming you're playing the bedrock version and not a modded java version (this section of the forum is for bedrock), the wither skeleton thing didn't happen.
The pile of "loot" could have been items from a zombie(s) converting into drowned. When a zombie converts to a drowned they drop any armor, tools etc that they might have (they used to at least, I haven't been around any lately to see if they still do).
Edit: it is possible your friend killed the captain of an illager patrol and received the bad omen effect, when that happens a face does appear on screen momentarily. The "face" will then show in the corner of your screen like any other effect.
