Why don't Microsoft cut the ******** and just include into Windows the ability to unzip RAR and 7z archives natively?
+1 on that.

I can help. Your computer doesn't consider Minecraft a heavy 3D game, so instead of using your Nvidia GPU, it decides to use the integrated graphics **** card. You have to manually change that by going into the Nvidia Control Panel and adding javaw.exe into your 'Manage 3D settings' section. Boom baby.

Will this pack support Aether textures :smile.gif:? I love this texture pack and it would be great to see the Bordercraft textures in the Aether!
True. But I hate SLI & Crossfire. There are so many issues with it, that even if I get a major boost in terms of performance, there are still a lot of issues that needs to be fixed. The main one being micro-stuttering.
Damn. Here in Sweden, an Asus GTX 580 Directcu II costs roughly 700 NZD (Thank you Xe.com) whereas a GTX 590 costs about 1,000 NZD.
Still, if you ever want to overclock your GPU, it's not possible to do so on a GTX 590 in order to get any large values high enough to make a difference. Whereas on a GTX 580 you can overclock it a lot. Significantly more than a GTX 590.
Besides you get more than do-able performance from a GTX 580, while saving money you can use on other stuff.
Heck, you can even go with a GTX 570 to save more.
GTX 590 is like the 6990. It's two downclocked GTX 580's. Then let me ask, why do you buy a GTX 590 when a GTX 580 is not only cheaper but better.
