Also no pokemon are spawning so far..

My guess is you overwrote a pokemobs file when you installed another mod. Maybe try installing pokemobs again, that might fix it

Sea, you are a legend. I have only played this in creative so far (Testing and such fourth) But I say that pokemobs plays nicely with the following mods :biggrin.gif:
TokeItems (yes, it is a weed mod)
    pokemobs
chocobos (Yes, as in rideable chocobos)
    Somnia
A weapon mod which I forget the name of
IDResolver (I had to use this to fix some clashes :biggrin.gif:)

Ok some people have been waiting for Sea to update for 6 months but YOUVE BEEN WAITING NOT EVEN A MONTH SO STFU!!!

I happen to be one of those people (the one waiting 6 months, not the other one) and well, I don't mind the wait. Pokemobs is not the only mod in existence, and Minecraft is not the only game.
Honestly though, I am more excited about Devil Survivor 2 then pokemobs :biggrin.gif:

Which timezone are you talking about? Because its 10 past four where I am :tongue.gif:
And to everyone else, Sea never said that the update would definitely be out today, he said he would try to have it out today.

Oh, really? Any chance you could send me a private message on the forums telling me just how to do it? The idea of playing oldschool pokemon on my computer sounds rather exciting.

At risk of getting in trouble, I will just say it, because I believe retro gaming should live on :tongue.gif: for the original game boy games, or the slightly shinier Game boy advance ones, a gba emulator should be enough for both, here is a good site. http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/gba/
Also, play some supernes games while you are at it :tongue.gif:

I will say this, Sea has some dedicated fans. Do what I do, and waste some time doing something else :biggrin.gif: that way, it will be updated before you know it. :biggrin.gif:

I see everyone yelling at this bloke, and let's be honest, I think he was trolling. The way I see it, he came in, got a whole ton of people pissed off and stuff, Then tried to apologise. If he actually means what he said afterwards, then I assume that if it just gets dropped, That stein bloke would drop it too. But hey, it at least amused some lurkers during the wait :tongue.gif:

I can understand people not wanting to read close to 900 pages of stuff, especially considering that most of it is outdated anyway, but honestly, how hard is it to read the last few pages? That's what I do, leave it for a few days and then come back and read. Works out well, had a good laugh at that all caps thing from the other day :biggrin.gif:

Edit: oh, and Sea, try to get better, being sick sucks :tongue.gif:

I am gonna try to answer a few questions here. Bulbasaurs face is screwy because of something that changed in minecraft. also, Sea is gonna be moving the pokemon boxes up to the top left of the screen, I remember seeing a screen shot twenty pages back or so. I am 99 percent sure that mo creatures is compatible, the only way to know is to test it. And yes, you do need to get modloader mp, otherwise you will just end up with a black screening mess :biggrin.gif:

I just had a thought on the battle move system, instead of a gui or something like that, what if said pokemon used the four moves max system currently in play. They could learn the moves normally (I figure you lot know how a pokemon game works :smile.gif:)but you can't command any moves, let the pokemon pick what it does. That way, depending on which pokemon you use depending on what it was killing would decide which moves it used. For example, I would hope that a charmander left to its own devices wouldn't try to set a squirtle on fire. Would be amusing, but largely useless. This way, the pokemobs would have some kind of free will :smile.gif:

There is a glitch to do this at the moment, using a PC place the pokemon on the change box button and it will disappear.

So thats what happened to my caterpie :tongue.gif:

Well, to make a long story short, I desired the ability to nuke some pokemon using the uranium mod. I get it all installed and running properly after about a half hour of work, but oh no, the uranium mod overwrote most of the pokemob items. But never fear, for the ID resolver pretty much fixed all of the item id clashes. I have yet to give it a proper test, but it all seems to be working fine. Oh, and yes, singleplayer commands and creative mode let me know straight away that it fixed the items too.

No, I didn't, I just used the 96 one. At least we know that the 96 one doesn't play nice with optiminer.

is there a new patch for minimap and optiminer .. or will the old one still work

I don't know if it was just my installation or if it was actually the optiminer thing, but when I had both going, I noticed that my waypoint flags followed me where I went, but trying without the optiminer (fresh install with all the others bar optimier) and the flags stayed put :smile.gif:
