    If you wrote your e-Mail like you wrote this post, it's obvious that Mojang didn't like our idea. Thanks for "destroying" it.
    It would be nice if you could just stop raging/spamming/trolling/n'stuff...

    Anyways, as UnileggerDripper22 knows, I made a little video together with some users from a big german community platform which we sent to Mojang in a nice DVD case. Because we really liked this idea, we included it, so let's hope for the best :)

    Hey sp614x, great work!

    I have a fe suggestions.
    -Make the CTM also apply when the block is hold in the hand. Custom log tops with CTM would look so much better then.
    -Add support for the mooshroom_overlay.png . Brown cow with red mushrooms? No, that doesn't look good ;)
    -xporbcolor.png . Rainbow flashing XP Orbs, I kust want it.
    -I saw better glass is on your to-do-list, so I'll not mention it ;)

    Bug report!
    For me, MCPatcher doesn't convert animation files in the /textures folder, it just gives an error "Couldn't read animation data in file xxx/xxx.txt" and leaves the file as it is.

    I'm not quite sure if I should make a thread for the video here, because it's more like a "internal" project of us from minecraft.de.
    We made sure we don't put too many wishes in the video by only accepting wishes for one week and only using the not too apparent wishes that Mojang will have the idea to do regardless of our video. If you want, I can send you a list of all the wishes.
    We make sure that Mojang sees the video by burning it onto a DVD and sending it to them by post. We're all thinking that they can't read all the 24780 tons of e-mails they get per day, right? ;)
    We'll not upload the video to YouTube or anything like that, only a secret file on my secret webserver where anyone that participated at the project can watch the video and tell me what I could've done better.

    do you still have the textures from your screenshots? I'm currently making a video for the community of minecraft.de which we will send to Mojang. It'll include some wishes, including colored wood items.
    It would be nice if you could send me those textures so I don't have to make all of them myself.

    Hey sp614x,

    Better snow is buggy with flower pots. The lowest snow is displayed so that the top of it is at the top of the flower pot and there's space below it. Please fix that!

    This isn't a mod, it's a texturepack. You need to use mcpatcher or optifine and turn "Connected Textures" on.

    Did you fix the Lamp ctm? If not, I can try to make one, but I don't have time very often :(

    Also, can I base my official Server Texturepack on this if I write it on the download page and in a text file in the Texturepack?

    I can probably save you some time. I tried doing this myself about a year ago and found it wasn't possible. The jukebox is a tile entity, and the NBT data that determines which record is playing is not even sent to the client. The only indication the client gets is a "play this sound at this x,y,z" message from the server. Presumably, this means if you're out of hearing range of the jukebox when another player inserts a record, you won't hear anything as you approach either. Never tested that though.

    So unless Mojang changed something, there's no way for the client to render differently based on record id. If it's any consolation, I had it working perfectly in 1.2.5.
