    Quote from blackfire853

One question I have is that would they spawn in previously generated temples? my b.o.o for 1.3 is in a desert temple and would hate to log in one day and have a gold golem smash my head in.

They will probably be created with the temple during chunk generation, not spawning ever again, so no. Your currently existing temples are going to remain Gold Golem-less.

posted a message on THE ORIGINAL! ::Desert Temple Guardian:: {{Day1625+}} NEW IMAGES! 11/8/2016
I have a huge suggestion, which I posted in the spoiler for cleanness.
I know how to reed and right (misspelled on purpose as a joke), and therefore I have read the 5 HUGE BOLDED COLORED sentences that state that the Gold Golem will NOT be craft-able or tame-able by the player. I am intelligent enough to realize that the post creator does not want the Gold Golem craft-able by the player. I agree that the golem should not be craft-able, due to the golem's purpose and griefing exploits. I wanted to point this out in order to not be confused as a "i wnt 2 cr4ft tis az a p3t" person.

Still, the fact that this was a golem tier that wasn't craft-able seemed sad to me. I have devised a compromise which includes a utility mob without, in my opinion, ruining the unique nature of the Gold Golem and giving over-powered griefing powers. I propose a smaller, weaker golem which I will call the Lapis Golem (This aesthetic can be changed easily if you don't like the idea of lapis lazuli golem). This golem will have significantly less health while having the same speed. I imagine it having a minor healing, weak ranged attack, and a weak melee with knock-back, but this can be changed if over-powered or too tedious.

It will be golem-crafted by the player as well as summoned(It spawns nearby with full resource cost spent) by the Gold Golem. The Gold Golem ether has the resources for making the lapis golems in his inventory or gets them from some locked chest. He has a finite amount of resources, so kill him quickly before they all get used up. His summoned lapis golems will help their creator, sleeping with him and fighting with him. In order for a player to craft it, you need an unstackable unique item which is a 100% drop (I will refer to it as a Lapis Object) from the Gold Golem. Right-clicking with the Lapis Object on the head of a golem-shape made out of lapis will turn it into the lapis golem, using up a small amount of durability. It will sleep when right-clicked or have wolf-like behavior(it follows slowly though), but will always remain loyal to the person last holding or currently holding THE Lapis Object used to summon it. If the Lapis Object is destroyed (lava/cactus/making too many golems), it will not listen to any player and roam around by itself.

I imagine that there was some advanced civilization (admins/coders :D ) that had the knowledge and power on how to create gold and lapiz golems. The ability to create gold golems has been lost to players; their only sign of existence is in the pyramids, but all isn't lost. Gold golems have a mysterious Lapis Object, which allows them to create lesser Lapis Golems. These mysterious objects also allows players to construct these Lapis Golems for ourselves, but they are controlled by this Lapis Object rather than their creator. Their functionality is still mostly unknown.
Thank you for reading this giant suggestion. If this has been previously suggested in the 33 pages before this, I am sorry.

posted a message on Mazeworld - A Dimension Of Infinite Ruins
This suggestion looked good. I didn't get excited for it until I looked around the maze and world that GTG3000 posted few days ago. I was completely amazed. (Puns completely intended). I really think this idea is awesome! I was disappointed, however, that the awesome architecture was so stationary and uneventful. I had plenty of suggestions for contraptions built in redstone that could exist in the Maze. I though instead of posting them in a couple boring lines of text without good grammar, I would actually build them! I am not a redstone expert and it is not too compact, so the wires are slightly sticking out. I tried my best to keep the wiring only in the block it belongs to, but it got a little messy on the outside.
I am asking for permission from GTG3000 to upload a version of his maze to which I added redstone stuff.

So... you want there to be extra biomes in between our already large biomes, or biomes that smoothly transitions between two already existing biomes?

    This is a great idea! I can now get my gold back from my 100% legit golden apple before an update makes it easier to craft... oh wait, too late D-;

posted a message on Farming Idea
Aren't we talking about an idea here, not about the fact minecraft is made with lagging java that anything under a supercomputer can't run lag-free? I think that this idea has potential, but this seems like a bad way of approaching it. The saplings part of this idea I agree with, if the chance is made less than 100%, but the seed part is a little troublesome. I don't think this is a good way of doing automatic re-planting, UNLESS a new recipe for seeds that has this as it's sole reason is introduced.

posted a message on How To REALLY Improve Endermen.
I do not want screaming noises, ever; they are a cheap way of getting scares, and will become annoying to the point of a mod that removes it. I do not think the stare-box should be increased (my personal opinion), but they should be made more challenging.
I think it would be nice to make them 20hp, and maybe even add some tactics to their combat. I know how they can pick up blocks, so it can be used to get to you through a wall or build a strategic tower. Makes fighting still repeatable, but more interesting when you look at the ugly battlefield built by the epic enderman fight that almost killed you.

Also, as a use for ender pearls in addition to teleporting, you could make it into void dust by surrounding it with diamonds on a crafting table. Don't worry, the diamonds aren't used, they are just required to make it (like a bucket when making cake). Void-dust has many powers, but they can only be of use to endermen, so all it does is summons one to do a single purpose.
-Void dust can be sprinkled on a block to make an endermen teleport and break it, leaving you the block but taking his precious void-dust.
-Void dust may also be given to an enderman for forgiveness for staring at him, just in case they are too challenging. They will just disappear, taking the dust with them.
-Void dust may be used to charge a pearl, giving it an extra use (up to 5 uses; with 4 using up a charge and the last one throwing the pearl normally). The downside is it will take longer to use a charge, which will throw a ball of energy instead of a pearl, and can be disrupted by being attacked while the ball if in air.
Basically, I want a ratio of 1 ender pearl(1 killed endermen) to 1 helpful enderman thing.

posted a message on A Mode in between Adventure and Creative
I agree with this. I would like to build with normal limited item stacks, endermen, and health, just with a free-stack menu. The creative mode feels like the free version of minecraft. )-:

posted a message on Electro Magnetic Gravitic, EMG Bricks
This idea is great! It is simpler than the betterthanwolves mod as it doesn't require a lot of pointless windmills and a different binary wire to keep things 'realistic'.

This, if ever made into the game, should use something like the zepplin mod's brick-to-enity system, but keep it aliened with the x and z axis. It will also only move vertically, which will stop it from flying away. Maybe you it only goes up/down when there is active redstone nearby to keep it from flying up to the ceiling of the map?
    Great idea!

posted a message on TNT Detonator Box
How about instead of copying redstone & lever, you make it a wireless detonator (something new!).
In addition to the box, you make receivers(please ignore the boring name). They change regular 'TNT' to 'TNT(W)' so it can be blown up by any detonator box in range. To do this you ether put a receiver on top of regular TNT in crafting or right click on placed TNT with receiver. Receivers can only be used once, of course, and breaking a TNT(W) block would give a receiver and regular TNT. I think detonators should be usable only once too.

posted a message on Edits to FarLands :D (minecraft workers plz read)
The far lands form when your distance from spawn is so huge, it glitches the terrain generation and forms 'very strange' land. It is NOT a feature and is formed at X/Z coordinate 12,550,821 (better start walking for 820 hours : D D:). They are boring, rarely changing shape or pattern. Even before the far lands, many things stop working. Here is a wiki page to read more: http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Far_Lands

    posted a message on Toolkit
I have a few questions and my opinion on them:

Q-) Will it be able to carry a few of the same tool? Ex.) 3 Stone Pickaxes, 1 Diamond Pickaxe
My Opinion-) I think it should... but it might be overpowering.

Q-) How do you put tools in and out?
My Opinion-) You right-click with it in your hand to bring up a GUI. After that just drag and drop tools in or out.

Q-) If you drop it with tools inside, would the tools fly out or stay inside?
My Opinion-) I think they should fly out. This will prevent the accidental destruction of full toolboxes as it will be empty!

    2 more suggestions:
Make the toolbox out of metal=
    [] :Iron: []
    :Iron: [] :Iron:
    :Iron: :Iron: :Iron:
to make it worth as much as a iron door or Minecart.

    And, my final idea:
If the toolbox is dropped manually or on-death, it will fly out normally.
The tools inside, however will fall directly on the block you're standing on.

So if you're surrounded by lava (fall on fire) but you make it to a solid rock right before you die, most of the items will fly around randomly and might fall into lava. Your tools in the toolbox, however, will fall straight down to the block you were standing on. The same thing applies to you manually dropping the toolbox.
