No Greifing
PvP is allowed
No spamming
No swearing
Raiding is OK(We do have LWC though)

Player Levels
We currently have 4 Player Levels:
Citizen
A Citizen has access to the standard Minecraft experience. You can travel the world, mine and build. However, you will only be able to build outside the City limits and your builds or mines are not protected in any way. You live in The Wilderness and need to survive against Mob damage (zombies, etc.) as well as the potential for PVP (player) attacks.
Citizens have the ability to use LWC to lock chests against looting.
Resident
Abixy Residents have the full range of basic commands available to them. They are generally players who will return to the server and commit the time and effort to build a home.
Patron
A player who has made a donation to the server. Patrons may receive additional command access and or abilities.
Moderator
Moderators are trusted Residents who keep the community running smoothly. Moderators have access to the full range of commands, and can assist players with most problems.
They also have special commands that allow them to build new areas of the city and/or fix damage within the world.
Factions
Create your own Faction
Join other factions
Raid other factions for stuff
Create a huge faction with lots of power to claim land!
This server so far is fantastic. Everything about is seems awesome, the mods are very nice and helpful, the plugins are great,and the builds are cool. This is definitly my primary server from now on and to everyone thinking about joining this server I would recommend doing so greatly.
