I've created simple node.js app that will help you hosting server (any game server using 1 port) + can use steam bot to create online console in group chat and or announce server public adress.
Almost everything is congfigurable, you can play any modpack (game etc.)
Simply put your server in server folder and setup start command (more in gitlab README.md)

Also i think this is much more comfy than using Hamachi or other "group based" tunnelers
