Click on the download tab, if you click on the adfly link it will take you to download the Mod, Not Forge, its just saying that you need forge to use this mod.

Would it be helpful if I included configuration options to change the amount of experience the Shimmering Bucket gives per lava and how much durability the Icy Bucket has?

Personally i think you should just leave it as is, if the bucket isnt liked by some then they should just not use it, plus its irritating to collect lava in the shimmering bucket unless ur in the nether. Then again this is just my opinion and you are the dev for the mod so its truly whatever you decide.

i think that if you do incorporate bonemeal, it should be like a fertilizer that only decreases the time of each growing stage instead of either instantly making it grow or grow a stage, that way it would reduce that amount of time slightly and make it so you can have farms earlier on
