I have NEVER EVER heard anyone coming from South America.
For people wanting Minecon 2013 in a country that doesn't speak English - it probably won't happen unless the whole Mojang team learns that language.
I would say New York City, New York is a good place to hold Minecon 2013. Everyone on the west coast of the US had a chance to go to Minecon, but the people on the east coast got left out. Some people don't realize the size of the US.
And don't say that the whole entire North America had their chance to go. That's like saying the whole continent of Europe had a chance, when they didn't.
I'm just saying that it probably won't be in a foreign country that doesn't speak English and a country that isn't cut off from the rest of the world.

Ha, and I'm guessing you went to Minecon 2011?
I live on the east coast of the U.S, and it'll cost well over 5,000 dollars to get there with a family of four. They need to hold it in New York.
