Instead of spamming the thread with "here I am!" should you not wait for customers? I find that a bit silly. However, I won't question your methods.
How about I let you all test your abilities with a rather simple request.
Size? I would like it to be a signature.
Color? A deep crimson, and a rather dark shade of black.
Text? Absolete.
The rest you may decide, be it a dash of renders, a mass of colored dots, I do not care. I just want all of you to submit an entry, so I can see how well you all work. If I am satisfied, I will most likely lean towards a specific person or persons to help me in the future with my many graphic needs.

Hey, hows it going? I saw this thread and I was inspired by how mature you are and how serious you take this so I was wondering if I could be apart of Union for Technological Development's Art Shop. I have Photoshop CS5, Cinema 4d R12, and After Effects I have had over a year experience of learning how to use all three programs. When making art in photoshop I tend to focus on three things, depth, flow, and blending. I know what works best. Please allow me to apart of your group. Remember, Photoshops only limit is your imigination, and imagination has no limits.

It would say its you or me friend to right on the avatar with John on the bottom left. I don't know if you can use the screen shot with the size but I hope it helps. I'm not sure about the size of the avatar but as big a possible with the text I want. Sorry if I'm askin too much. Ask me if you need anymore info.
the resoultions of these became a big problem, If anyone can take a higher resolution of the same shots (I think its hyp with low res ones) then that would be great!
Funny story mate. last night an admin Opped griefers and they world edited SO much stuff and the server host won't cooperate and send backups... it is a mess right now -.-

Well Fortunately I live in California and do web designing, the thing i don't understand is why you hate curse because of one downtime recently. Before that you had no problem with them. I will think about applying because work is getting boring where I am...
