Alpha 50 is posted. I've added a repeat count to the Clone tool to make building certain things even easier.
HydraSwitch: You don't need anything else, MCEdit comes with everything it needs. If the shortcut batch file didn't work, did you try the mcedit.exe in the MCEditData folder, too?
I downloaded Alpha 50 and tried that, same problem.
And yes, I did try the mcedit.exe in the MCEditData folder too. I looked to see what the bat file was doing.
Anyway, I'm now going through and updating my XP machine...
I'm not sure it ever had any updates installed to it since I built it from the CD.
It's in a virtual machine in a virtual machine in a virtual machine... or something like that,
so I didn't think I had any need of keeping it updated. It runs what I need it to, but wouldn't
run MCEdit. So, now I'm updating it. If you don't hear from me about this again, you can
safely assume that updating the XP machine fixed the problem.
And thanks again for your work on MCEdit! I hope to be able to try it out soon.

but just get:
The system cannot execute the specified program.
Do I need to have python installed on the machine also?
Anything else? Or is MCEdit pretty much self-contained?
Thanks!
