I recently purchased a dedicated server and found that I was using only 16GB of my server (wobblefactions.net) out of my 64GB. So I thought I would sell off the rest of the RAM (leaving 8GB unused for no lag, of course) as small Minecraft hosting business. The server is not leased its here to stay.
