How can you help this server?: I could bring lots of fun and happiness and fairness with others. I could help with the teamwork with all the staff members and make sure no one is left out or getting pushed too much. As in doing all the work himself. I have been staff on servers where, out of no where, the owner told me to become a regular player. I did not know what that meant but when he built the spawn and put in a staffroom, I was replaced. But what I am saying is, that is not fair, and I want to be fair with all the staff. None of this replacement. None of this not telling them and keeping in a seceret even though it is very easy to find out. I want to be fair and that is the most I can give.
What experience do you have?: I have been co owner once, head admin twice, admin about 4 times, mod about 3 times, and helper about 4. There may be more, but so many servers die and close down, I always forget. The kinds or servers i have worked at, well, the one i was co owner at was a minigames server. A lot of them were mixes. some were factions, mixed with prison, and some were creative mixed with survival. The most servers I have worked on so far, was survival. I don't know why, but it was. I was hoping they could add more to it, but it never happened. I hope your server will have a lot of different gamemodes, now or later.
Why are you applying for staff?: I love to help people. I love to come into things just to be nice and friendly. Minecraft is part of my life, and I want a job I love. Not really a job, but it is still fun. If I can join a server and have everyone on it be happy I am there, then I know its all worth it. Being admin and helping people and making people feel better by telling the rulebreakers to stop just makes a little spark inside of me. It would really help me to not be bored and I love playing minecraft it is a really fun game and I would love to spread it out between you guys! I love to help a simple server and it really means a lot to me!
Why are you applying for admin and not mod?: I have lots of experience as a staff member on a server. I am trustworthy, and I like to be recognized as higher authority, and set role models for the other staff members.

After that, I will finish up any problems on the server that I am capable of solving. Another thing to add: I know my limits and my weaknesses and want to improve them. One problems is my time-management, I am always online during the weekends, but rarely on the weekdays due to my Python and Html classes. Another problem is building as said before, but that really does not apply to administrators or moderators in my opinion. I will promise to be as active and dedicated as I can, regardless of my time on the server. Productivity is one of my strengths as well. They are only familiar with admin tools, their own powers, and keeping their rank up for promotion. Believe me, there are awesome administrators out there, but the majority like to doze off, sign off when there is still loads of work to be done but all the other staff members are busy with other things, and even abuse their powers before the server gets released! What I am really trying to get through here is that all staff members have a purpose, or responsibility on the server. My "responsibility" will be to keep the server running smoothly with dedication and determination. I will try to help out to the best of my power not to get in the way of the server, but give it a boost in return.

You probably won't add that to your server but I am just stating some previous experiences. If you are planning to add no-greif survival to the server, then I also have experience with LWC, Lockette, and Grief Prevention. I am also very persuasive if that is of any use, and good with people on the server, regardless of their ranks. I will try to keep the chat clean, but running.
Lastly, I said that I have server managing experience, I know the server itself, and how tough it is to find the right staff for you server. I hope not only to help out this server, but to let it thrive and grow as it branches out and forms its own community.
