Anyway, what commands would you use, and what do you mean, "mod the config files"?

Experience on other servers: I have never been mod/co owner or helper on any servers.
HOWEVER: you probably care more about my build experience right? see bellow for my experience on other servers. The server address may be slightly wrong. I remember to server name better than the address.
Beaspvp.net: I built on this server very heavily, building the spawn, the maps, the parkour.. then it ran out of funds and is no longer running.
Kingsmanprison.co: I quit this build job very fast! The owner was irresponsible, and lying to his builder about money. the server was unprofessional. however before I quit I build a very nice Warp (the server was prisons)
Woflman.co: I am actually currently still building on this server. I spend a small amount of time every week working on the spawn for them. don't worry, this will not take away time from this server. I just work for them because I became friends with some of them. see attached image for uncompleted spawn.
I hate to say this, but I cannot remember the names of the other three servers I have been accepted on. most all of them became dead around a month into development and were shut down.
What are your future plans for yourself this server?: Not much. I like building, not playing. I prefer to build professional, awesome spawns/maps then move on.
Have you been banned before? If so, why?: I have never been banned. the worst thing that happens is i was sent to minecraftt "jail". But this was because I had cactus (AKA some drug) and the Police caught me in a prison server,
What makes you the most qualified applicant?: The reason I am most qualified can be broken down into 5 reasons:
I am professional. and I mean, like professional. I don't mess around when I build. I am that one guy who just builds... and builds... and builds... with that said I wont be mad if OTHER people have fun. But I personally am here to build -not set pigs on fire with a lighting rod.
I am very experienced. I have built on like 5+ servers, and all of them (except Kinsman.co) were very thrilled to have me on their team.
I am simply a good builder. I have spent a lot of time on the super-awesome creative server Blockface.co. This is a small 20-people-online Building server that has some of the best unrecognized builders playing today. I have built lots of spawns, Pvp maps Etc. Although I have never tried greek style before, I am versatile enough to build almost anything.
I work fast (yet thoroughly) This sort of ties into being professional... but I do not get distracted by silly things. So even If I have limeted time, I will still turn out amazing builds.
I don't copy and paste applications. I know this might seem silly, But I think this is important. I am not just copying my application all over the internet. I take the time to see what YOUR server needs, and think carefully about whether we would work together.

Anything else?: I noticed that many people got rejected for "skimming" the application. I am not sure exactly what this meant, so I read the application very carefully three times. If I missed anything, please let me know, and don't just reject me.

Sadly enough, there are some things you might have missed- there is a key word in the description that Sunny has posted, and I believe you have only skimmed over what we have mentioned. Also, you state that you aren't good at building, and that the best you can do is pixel art. That may be a problem, as your art is quite wonderful, but since you are applying for the Builder position, we may need a little more experience. Sorry!

In this case, we need players to build the main spawns - Factions, Creative, and Minigames. Builders should be experienced- at least able to follow and build the mythological theme of buildings. Some points to be enforced are:
A.) Maturity. This should be one of the most enforced rules within the task of building. When work needs to be done, we'd like for the builders not to fool around. Of course, feel free to have fun whilst building.
B.) Experience. We can't have players who have just started out, since we'll try to have our server be professional. If you have read the three required rules, add 'Read and Understood' before or after your format. The spawns we are looking for are quite advanced, and we don't want to put too much pressure on players who cannot do such a thing. Screenshots will be required in the application format.
C.) Originality. Yes, we have you follow a mythology-like theme, but creativity of the spawns will be and should be strongly enforced. Try thinking of what you've never thought of before- and put it into blocks!
All Builders will be rewarded with something similar to a 'V.I.P' status. Their help will be acknowledged within the spawn that they worked on, and they will have a few extra tools. Remember, this is only for those who actually work and help build our spawns.

Why you would like to help: I'd like to help because I truly think I can. The thing is, setting a healthy and fair atmosphere for the players on servers I'm staffing on would be my main priority. I would be willing to do anything the higher ranked mods would ask of me, though my only rule is to respect me, or you won't get any respect back. I believe that I can enforce the rules well, and I know that I wouldn't 'explode' at players that do the wrong things. This server looks to have a lot of potential, and I think that I can make it look even better!
Are you good with essentials, world edit, world guard etc: Honestly, I'm not the best. Nobody is perfect, but I am pretty familiar with essentials and world edit. I suck at redstone and developing, but I have other skills to make up for that.
