posted a message on Is it time for an McHelicopter modded server?

Well, it's a great concept and I'd like to see it in action, but there are a few problems.

First of all, you may want to consider the expansion packs for MC Heli, since the expansion system for MC Heli is unique in the way of actually modifying mod folders.

Second, I have found that if a client has a different config setting for the amount of damage a vehicle deals than a server, MC Heli uses the client's config. This means that if a Hind configuration file on a server had a default damage output of 500 (not accurate) and the client configuration had a setting of 189000, the Hind from that client would deal that much damage. The mod creator has not addressed this though, and hasn't been active since last year.

Otherwise, I'm all for it! To fix the issues above, the best solution would probably be a modpack launcher that downloads the expansion packs and configuration files every time the client launches.

posted a message on When Did Minecraft Go Bad?

I would say that 1.8 is when things went wrong. First off, Mojang was sold to Microsoft. As if that's not bad enough as it is, Minecraft Forge changed "vital API" (quote from mod developers) and the amount of good mods for 1.8 decreased. I'm not saying that good mods don't exist on 1.8 or higher, I'm saying that large and great mods like MC Helicopters and Call to Battle among others didn't update to 1.8 because of Forge API changes. Then, 1.9 came around and ruined combat, 1.10 came out (wait...did anything change in 1.10? I can't remember...), followed by 1.11 (can't remember what changed either) and never gave the modding community time to breathe. Now since I'm not a mod developer myself, I can't tell exactly how hard it is to update a mod from 1.8 to 1.11, but I know some mod developers which refuse to update to 1.8. Mods in post-1.7.10 have been overcome with "command block creations". Now I have nothing against command blocks themselves, or the creations. But I do not like "command block creations" as a replacement for great mods. Other than the mods and Microsoft owning Mojang, 1.9 and 1.10 and 1.11 just don't seem to add that much. Shields are too fragile to make a good enough impact, the End being redesigned (at some point, but I can't remember if it was 1.9 or 1.10...or 1.11...) doesn't really impact the over all experience that much, and the two new mobs that were added...the Shulker and the other one...just don't seem that interesting or revolutionary. Minecraft, from 1.8 to 1.11, doesn't seem to have changed all that much to be worthy of the jump in version numbers.

The mods must have conflicting id's or even mechanics.

It's very unlikely that both developers will change the code to be compatible with each other as the mods are not super well-known.

Your only option is to choose between one of those mods.

You can always ask the developers about making their mods compatible with each other's. But that might lead to more incompatibility and even errors, that's why they'd rather not.

Minecraft mod ID handling was removed since 1.7.10, so I doubt that's the problem.

I have Flans mod already, and I'm not good with manually installing stuff, so addons won't be for me. The ones that came with the installer I used will do. As for the anti-crash thing, I'll take a look. Thanks.

Maybe Forge 1614 will work better, but if you're certain Clonecraft and Rival Rebels are the cause...

I don't think windows is the cause.

Definitively, you will have to wait until FML and/or clonecraft to update.

Also, modders are bussy people, they are always having new ideas and sometimes they are overwhelmed by work/college (This applies for all artists)

    Just be patient.

Also, reinstalling Java and updating all the drivers of your components will be a good idea, as well as having windows updated.

And a very important thing: While FML (Forge Mod Loader) has a MC version that it works. There are Various Forge's per minecraft versions and modders sometimes will code to a specific version or the new FML changed and the code won't work.

Try installing the 10.13.2.1291 Version of FML.

    http://files.minecraftforge.net/maven/net/minecraftforge/forge/index_1.7.10.html

You will have to select 1.7.10 and click "show all downloads"

Use Ctrl+F and paste this: 10.13.2.1291 to find it more easily.

First. Try with only clonecraft, then place all the other mods in the folder.

If it opens with clonecraft: The FML version wasn't compatible.

If it doesn't: Maybe the mod needs to be fixed

If it doesn't after installing the rest of the mods: It conflicts with some mod, you will have to remove from the mods folder mods 1 by 1 until it works.

Just wanted to correct your English, like you asked:
"Please, If i have grammar or spelling errors, correct me. You will help improving my english." It should say "Please, if I have grammar or spelling errors, correct me. You will help improve my English.".
    Quote from TheKingNoob101»

Everything was fine until I installed Clonecraft this time around.

Everything was fine even with Clonecraft when I had my previous computer, which is now dead.

Everything's ****ed now. Unless someone provides some sort of fix, I guess Clonecraft can't be used with other mods on Windows Trash-- I mean Windows 10.

I would recommend installing 64-bit Java if you haven't already (looked like you did from the crash report, but I just wanted to make sure). Also, maybe adding the -Xms parameter to the JVM would help, but not entirely sure. Do other launchers work for you?

This may sound like an odd question, but where is the 1.7 download? I skimmed over the original post and have not noticed it...

Yeah, I guess MCreator is a bad alternative to actual Java programming. I still have no idea how to set up the "HOME VARIABLES" in Windows to actually begin programming...I've always wanted to make my own car mod for Minecraft 1.8. (MCreator doesn't support Minecraft 1.8, I think.)

Well, not everyone knows how to program in Java.
