Wrong facking section

Any reason why the bleed effect stacks? Its ridiculously op for pvp. My friend and I have a fight and I ended up taking damage for several minutes after the battle. The effect even stays with you after death. Once hit, there should either be a cool down or the effect should never last more than 10-15 seconds from the last hit.

I would like access to animated capes please.

That's not in my config. You must be a hacker. I found out a different way to do it. Thanks anyway.

Can you please add an option in the config to disable the ability to place portals on the moon? That is kind of ridiculous griefing tool on a survival smp server.

I have tested the connection with the minestatus tester, and it is successful. Same results at other server list websites. The public keys definitely match, and I have tried regenerate the keys and using new ones, but I get the same problem still.
