It's a little hard to tell from the magic launcher console, but make sure CCC and NEI are in the coremods folder, not in the jar.
Also you are using an old version of forge. Many of the forge mods need a newer version. I recommend Forge 6.0.1.355 for 1.4.2 (it's the last version for MC 1.4.2)
