Well, since the basis of my argument is that "Grammar Nazism" is a mean-minded way of picking on people over the internet, I'm going to stick with that for starters, but really, why is it so necessary to have absolutely perfect grammar on the internet. As long as the post is still easily readable then it doesn't matter - yes, when a post is ABSOLUTELY unreadable it's worth poining it out - but here's the thing, in all my time on the internet, I rarely see a kindly or helpfully worded correction when someone's grammar/spelling is seriously out of line - normally, it's page after page of unremitting abuse - bullying, in other words.
And as another point, since you seem to want one - there are much better things to care about. In the grand scheme of things, grammar doesn't matter. It's a contrivance designed to make text flow properly (and even then it can sometimes hinder rather than help) not an all-important facet of life. To obsess over it is frankly quite silly - there's a reason why certain scholarly stereotypes are caricatured so often as they wildly exaggerate the importance of some useful but essentially trivial matter.

Grammar Nazism is essentially a little power-play - a way of telling everyone that you're better than them in a way designed to make the grammar nazi look like the more intelligent party. Well, with my idea, you could still carry water; it just wouldn't create an infinite spring. In fact I would even keep the function where springs are created by surrounding springs; and fix it so that it works properly.

If finite water were added, how the hell are we supposed to cross HUGE lava lakes or gather obsidian? there is no other way other than having a long trail of pipes and pumps wherever you go, Which would make you look like a complete idiot.

I CAN run Minecraft perfectly on Smooth Lighting, but it just doesn't feel right.

As someone (I forgot who) stated earlier, a creepier way would be very simple. I modified it a little bit though.
Here's how
5-10 seconds. background becomes darker and starts to spin. But the enderman is still. It doesn't move.
11-20 More endermen start to appear, As the screen gets darker and screeches and white noises are heard.
21 - 27 The screen goes black. And you can't look away anymore. All you can see are two very LARGE white eyes staring at you. Screams and demonic rumbles, screeches, and footsteps are heard.
28-31 The eyes slowly fade to black. You hear the sound of deep whispers.
To make it creepier, endermen are invincible, only spawn during midnight, and have a 0.0001% chance of spawning.
Then, either you wake up in your bed, all items intact, just as the sun rises. (15% chance of happening)
Or, you see black everywhere, you see your items. You pick them up, and you fall down a very deep hole as the sound of devilish laughter is heard. Then, you appear at your ORIGINAL spawn point. And random items in your inventory gone. (about 10 -20 items.)
Now, I would really appreciate if someone created this.
Say, imagine putting saddles on ghasts and riding them. You can control them, AND make them shoot FIREBALLS. (Blue fireballs?) Yep. I'm thinking that. No really, I'm not kidding. RIDE A GHAST, AND RULE THE NETHER. Which includes.
1. FIREBALL FIGHT.
2. Bombarding zombie pigmen.
3. FLYING AROUND IN THE NETHER.
4. Collecting Glowstone?
5. (IF SMP) Yep. Making others fall DOWN. to... a block of cobblestone 3 blocks down. XD
Anyways, this mod could have some really cool effects.

You seem to suggest that Minecraft is becoming an RPG? It's not.
It's a sandbox because you're free to do whatever you want!
If you don't like something, DO something about it. Rather than complain.
Don't like the enchanting? Don't use it.
Don't like the end? Remove the portal room and replace it with a cemetery.
Don't like the nether? Stop mining. Turn it into a hunting area.
Don't like mushroom biomes? Mine it out. Replace it with grass and turn it into an island of paradise. Maybe,
build your house on it.

The new lighting is amazing on smooth lighting. But it sure as hell does not look good with the original blocky lighting.
