Not quite sure what more I can tell you. If I were to give an idea, it would not be original now would it? I could give you some suggestions for general, overarching topics such as map building, co-ops, or mod making; but in the end the idea has to be your own and it has to be original. I happen to be a fan of redstone, so I make videos about redstone devices that no one else has made. As long as you take pride in what you make, the viewers will find you!
Another good idea (which I just remembered) is to find popular youtubers that share similar interests and post similar videos to yours. For example, I built a wireless touchpad in minecraft that can track a players location precisely up to 1/9 of a block. I sent my video to SethBling (another popular redstone youtuber), and he thought the idea was great. He liked my video, and because of that I gained 100 subs and 26,000 views.
EDIT: Keep in mind that submitting videos to other youtubers usually doesn't work. Whenever I see a message from youtube in my inbox, I almost always assume it's spam or that it's of poor quality. Don't be discouraged if you don't get any replies.

There are many reasons why your videos aren't getting many views. For one thing, you don't have that many videos. The more content, the better (but never post poor quality content). Post videos YOU would like to watch if you were a viewer.
Also, your videos are very similar to other videos on youtube. Why would people ever find your video if there's 100000 other people all posting videos about survival Minecraft? Come up with an original idea and run with it! I'm not accusing you of being unoriginal, but in a world filled with people like yourself, you need to figure out how to stand out from the crowd. Find your niche

Hey Guys and Gals I'm HALOcmb and I will be make in a new youtbe Let's play of Minecraft. now I'm new to the whole youtube video thing so I'm asking your help to make my minecraft videos stand out of the pack. I'm and Artist so I will have nice looking title screens and stuff, and I also want the approval of the community on my art work.
Sadly my videos will not start being made until the 22rd or 23th so I'm hopping you will stick around long enough to watch my videos. The reason why is because in 4 days from now (7/19) I will be getting a new computer were I can play minecraft with out all the lag.
