Hello. I am xSyncx. I am one of three owners of the developing server Gunpoint Gaming. We are a server trying to add guns to a few mini games to give them a special feel for those who are FPS addicts but also minecrafters. We currently have good funding and will not ask you to donate. We have plans, plugins and build teams down pat but right now, we need some staff. We will accept up to 4 people from this thread to become trainees, the more you contribute to the server, the higher rank you will have when we release so it's like a rewards program.. Experience: I have been staff positions on other minecraft servers that are usually between 20-100 people but I feel that I need something where I can help many more people. I am very good at keeping lots of people under control and making sure they are treating players and the server with respect. In real life, I am a lifeguard which involves watching a lot of people and meaning that you must always keep an eye out for people. There can be up to hundreds of people on the beach that I have to watch by myself or sometimes with a couple other people. I have learned to keep an eye on them and get very good at it because if I don’t, it can cost lives. I have been an assistant coach on a couple teams helping out the players and making sure they are doing what they are told to do and making sure they are being nice to each other and having a positive attitude.
Why should we accept you?: I will be an excellent role model with a very positive attitude. Having a positive attitude can cause others to develop a positive attitude which will make the community a much better place for everyone. I will be very active on the server and make sure everyone knows how the server works and I will make sure it becomes their favorite server. I can make the staff members very happy and always want to be around me. I love making sure everyone is in a great mood whether that means taking care of everything that needs to be done or being fun and making people happy and have a few laughs. I am the type of person that can change my personality depending on the situation. If there is a job to be done, I will work at my most efficient pace and be the most mature and hardworking person I can be. If it’s just a couple staff members and me having fun I can be a very enjoyable person to be around. I have a very good eye and I am good at catching hackers and I am good at finding people trying to advertise on the server. I am a very creative person so I can bring lots of cool ideas to the server including mini-game ideas, map ideas, and ways to help improve the server. I am very good at finding solutions to problems whether that is a problem a member on the server has or if I am in a situation where I have to find an answer to a difficult task. I can find ways to get everyone on the server to really care about the community and want to improve things to make it stronger. The members are very important to the server and I want to make them as happy as possible and I want this to give them a reason to want to put effort into making this the best server it can be. When a player on the server has a problem I will spend as much time as I can getting to a solution whether that means a few minutes or an hour. I will make this a server that has nothing but players that respect the server and its rules as well as people that are nice and friendly. Even as a member of the server I will still be very friendly and not do anything to upset or make others feel uncomfortable.
Why are you better than others?: The first thing you should know about me is that I am an extremely nice person. I get along with all the players on the server and I am positive I will get along with all the staff members if I am chosen as an Admin. The second thing you should know about me is that am very hardworking. I always want to get the job done and will do whatever it takes to be the best staff member you have. I will make the server a safe place for everyone and I will make sure everyone is following the rules. I will be online as much as I can and answer all questions that are thrown at me. The third thing you should know about me is that I am a very funny guy. I can be serious when I need to be, but I am also a very fun person to be around. The last thing you should know about me is that I am caring. I care about each and every player on the server whether it be a player or a staff member. I want to meet up and exceed the expectations of me and I want to provide the most help I possibly can to the members of the server.

Experience: I do have a lot of experience with being staff on multiple servers I have been administrator in a prison server which did get shut down, I was co-owner on a server which was not doing so well so I decided to resign and right now I'm helper on a server (nitrocraft), I have lots of experience I know my commands well and also I have caught many hackers before I mainly record or screen shot when I see something suspicious.
Why should we accept you?: I do have lots of experience like I said so I would do well in this type of job, and of course I love playing Minecraft and also love helping out the community so I think if I get this, I will be having lots of fun helping the server out and also a good time chatting with you guys.
Why are you better than others?: I'm not really gonna compare myself with others but I definitely know what is right and wrong to do. I definitely love playing Minecraft and If I see anyone abusing cheats or having an unfair advantage that will definitely be my job to do the best in stopping that, I also do know lots of commands so that a plus. But anyway my main job is to give other players their best experience on the server

Mate. Managing a staff team takes time and the other staff and I have been incredibly busy repairing the server after what happened with Masonhgg (He applied on another thread then deleted all files on the server).
Terrible applications are denied almost immediately then the well-written ones need more proccessing to make sure you are 100% going to be a good member of our team.
Things we need to look for in a good application:
- That you haven't copy and pasted another application (Be it someone else's or an old one of yours)
- Checking your activity records
- Looking at your recent punishments on other servers
- Checking how many servers you are staff on (Includes SavageMc)

Activity: I'm as active as I can be when it comes to anything. Hourly probably At least 4-5 hours and on weekdays mostly on 4:30 and after.

Why should we accept you?: I can't say that I will ban 20 30 40 or 50 hackers all I say is that I will try my best to make it so everyone can have fun I will try to get rid of any hackers I see so it will be fair for anyone on the server and all I say is that I will try my very best because that's all I can do for right now.
Why are you better than others?: Well, I don't think that I am better than anyone else that's first and second I really have lots to offer like a good mind I am very smart and really my number one goal for this server would just be to have fun meet new people and learn more about Minecraft.
