Hiya, I tried to make a Language Pack once for Minecraft and it didn't work out. Now I want to try it again, but for that, I'd love a full guide on how to make one. Can anyone help?
Listen, I know what you're going to say.
"No error message, no help."
But I booted up Minecraft and tried to craft the Mysterious Substance/Portal Gun Core. I couldn't.
I followed every single step in the readme, and even tried the video version of how to install.
I still can't.
This is my 3rd or 4th attempt to install.
I get no error messages at all.
Please help? :sad.gif:
Okay, so I'm installing PlasticCraft, but I'm gonna need some help.
Manual Installation:
(This is written on the premise you know how to get to your minecraft.jar)
1. Backup your minecraft.jar.
2. Delete META-INF from your minecraft.jar and close.
3. First make sure you have Risugami's Modloader *ALREADY* installed!
4. Copy ALL of the files and folders from "minecraft" folder into your minecraft.jar
5. Copy "PlasticCraft.props" into your /.minecraft/ folder.*
6. Start up minecraft and play.
Those are the instructions.
My questions are:
1. For modloader, I just placed it in the Minecraft.jar folder. Is this the correct installation? I didn't see any readmes in the folder.
2. I couldn't find the minecraft folder, so I tried searching it, and I found it, but when I clicked on it, it said that it's a corrupt file, so I obviously need to open it with WinRar. But, when I looked at it, it said Minecraft.jar for the location instead of "minecraft". Is this normal that I cannot find my minecraft folder?
If you say "Minecraft and Minecraft.jar are the same thing", that wouldn't make sense, because of this direction:
Copy ALL of the files and folders from "minecraft" folder into your minecraft.jar
Thus, if the minecraft folder was the same as Minecraft.jar, it would be saying copy and paste the minecraft.jar folders into... minecraft.jar. That doesn't make sense.
Any ideas? I really need help here.

First, this is the wrong thread, but that's fine.
Second, as far as I know, this is not. You can try some water sensor+door thing that makes a continuous cycle or some crap like that, but don't go asking me, I know nothing about redstone circuiting.

My thoughts exactly. I'm freaking tired of having to wait 30 minutes every time I mess up. :angry.gif:

When I search it up, it only brings up PlasticCraft (the mod I'm currently trying to install.)
