Sp614x, I would like to personally thank you for this mod. I've been waiting for 1.7.4, and it has finally come out- zero bugs were to be found. Before i got a better computer (2 years ago), this mod was a necessity; used to get ~20 FPS on a good day, with everything set to minimal, without optifine. Even now it is extremely helpful to get rid of FPS spikes; I've been running smoothly ever since I installed it.
And Racingwheel125, spoilers would save space when posting a crash report. An explanation would also be nice to post.
That is because that minecraft screen is 320X300; it looks like your screen might be 1280X766, just from guessing. Your computer should say the monitor's resolution; full screen would work the best at that.
hey, when i was changing the settings to make things faster a bats texture looks weird now and i dont know what i did to make this happen. Can you please tell me how to fix it? it also might be like that with other mobs too.
Change the settings back one by one, and see if that can do anything to help. If that doesn't work, (I hate to say this, but) re-install optifine, then after each setting change, look at a bat/ other mob to see which setting does that. (If there is a reset to default settings button, use that instead).
Optifine HD_U_B3 is out; try and see if that bug has been squashed in that update. [I'm not a coder, just someone trying to help since sp614x can't respond to everyone.]
IChun, this is a wonderful mod that is very pleasing to have; my favorite use (besides being able to teleport anywhere)for this mod is gathering villagers, and bringing them back to my house, where a village is being constructed.
I just found this thread after a long while, and fell in love with this mod again. Shame it will be a while until it is updated for 1.7x because of the huge code changes, courtesy of Mojang.
Anyway, why is it all the cool updates make mods take the longest to update? I'm dyin' over here!
It is taking a while for sp614x to update, because 1.) There aren't stable builds of forge/ MCP out yet, because 2.) Mojang changed quite a bit of code, making a mess for modders to wade through.
Notch didn't stop working at Mojang; he only stopped working on Minecraft. Mojang develops other games as well, like Cobalt and Scrolls, which Notch both work on.
