    To level up the Construction skill, placing blocks is not enough. You will also need some nails and a hammer. With the appropriate level of nails in your inventory for the block (the Smithing level of the nails must be at least the Construction level of the block), hit the placed block with any hammer (Construction level determines which hammers you can use for Construction, similar to their Smithing requirements). To see which blocks you can place, check the Construction guide.

    These are disabled by default. There are many configuration options to change the behavior of the mod, such as enabling vanilla spawns, disabling RSMC spawns, and so on.

    Edit: Can you make "wild flax" an Organic material like its counterpart "flax" which is grown using the farming skill? As it is quite hard getting materials for compost when you are level 1 farming and the only organic material is Onions which you need compost to grow so finding them in the wild is quite a pain.


    Sorry for taking so long to respond, we've been rather busy. Now that I have a moment, I can tell you that smelters and anvils were turned off before. They are no longer turned off, so you should be able to craft them, no problem. Since the map is being developed by admins and moderators, the ore pickups are disabled so everyone can mine in designated areas.

    I have the same issue when connecting to it from my PC. I can assure you nothing it wrong with the site, the error there just needs to be ignored. I can't remember the solution, but I ran a Google search about the error and it helped me to fix it.

    I checked the Reddit poll, anything still going with Plunder Rummage? I just think that it could use a quick single update to include the scripting fix. As of right now, it is still unplayable with that NPE.

    Please don't post about Plunder Rummage here as a standalone. It will not be receiving standalone treatment for now because of time constraints. A quick fix won't be enough because if things are broken and I have to fix them, I will have to do so to the standalone version AND the integrated version, and that will take too much of my time.

    Alright treasure hunters!

    I have good news, but it may disappoint many of you. I have very little time these days, between family, friends, school, work, and other things, that I find it incredibly difficult to carry several side projects. I'm sure many have already realized this - Plunder Rummage is nearly dead due to my lack of time. I apologize for this, but there is only so much that can be done.

    Here's what I'm going to do. RSMC is my primary project, and it is MASSIVE. So massive that it requires a lot of time to make it work well. If you'd like to view the decision I have made, please read this reddit poll. This decision will revive Plunder Rummage and allow it to continue to be developed and released. Not to mention, these mods will complement one another very well.

    There is no telling what the future holds, but depending on time constraints, it may be possible to allow Plunder Rummage to continue on its own. For now, though, this is the best course of action to ensure two mods go forth instead of just one.

    Good to hear you are enjoying the mod! We really appreciate the support.

    To train Strength and Defense, you can change training modes with a melee weapon or tool by sneaking and right-clicking with the item in your hand. Accurate trains Attack, aggressive trains Strength, defensive will train Defense, and controlled will split experience evenly between all 3.

    The building in the world for Fletching is to follow the theme of the mod in trying to keep things more interactive than just spam-clicking an item out of a GUI. Crafting is the only skill that behaves that way, and we'd like to keep it as such.

    Yes - we still have three skills to fully implement. Aside from what is on the skills menu, we do not have plans for add anymore from RuneScape.

    Hey everyone!

    We hope everything is going well. ahorner and I are already working on the first regular update to RSMC, post-release. It should be here within a few days, if all goes as planned. We've noticed some problems with inventory space, so we're doing some things to make it a bit easier to manage your items - we like some inventory management, but when we spend more time playing inside of containers than outside, it can become a problem.

    We're also making some changes to Agility to help you sprint more and run less. The super jump ability is also getting dropped down to a max of 12 blocks at level 200 Agility (of course, this will increase if your server's max level is higher than 200). Some experience calculations have also been changed to prevent players from gaining too much exp for doing very little work.

    All of the official update news will be available on rsmc.io when the update is released, so be on the lookout. If anyone has some suggestions for things they would like to see, feel free to post them, as always.

    Thanks everyone for your patience and support - this mod wouldn't exist without it.

    I really like the progress this mod is making. I wonder if the Plunder Rummage mod will get left in the dust or if it will continue.

    I'm working on a decision about Plunder Rummage. My free time has really declined in the past year, so it's difficult to have time for everything that I'd like to. I don't want to raise hopes or let anyone down, so we will all have to wait and see where the next few months takes us. However, since this is the RSMC thread, we'd like to keep all discussion here relevant, so please don't post about Plunder Rummage anymore on this thread. If you have questions about RSMC, please feel free to ask or give suggestions.
