Lightning Staff: As it's name sounds, it summons lightning. Unbreakable. Rarity: Very rare.
Helm of Invisibility: Makes you invisible when you wear it. Breakable. Rarity: Rare.
Diving Helmet: Lets you breath under water when you wear it. Breakable. Rarity: Uncommon.
Scythes (Malice, Poison, and Fear): Equivalent to stone, iron and diamonds swords, but temporarily paralyses aka slows them down. Breakable. Rarity: Depends on type.
Wraith Sword: Blinds and poisons anything you hit, but not for as long as a poisoned sword (which also has more attack damage). Breakable. Rarity: Common.
Poisoned Sword: Poisons anything you hit. Breakable. Rarity: Common.
Wand of Teleportation: Teleports you to where ever you aim. Breakable. Rarity: Rare.
Magic Cookies!!!: Gives a random potion effect when you eat it (blindness, jump power, healing, damage, etc.). Rarity: Very Common.

I think the reason Mojang is giving us all these meaningless/small Snapshots is because they're working on something huge behind the scenes.They're just giving us these small updates so we don't get suspicious...Perhaps they're working on the Red Dragon, since no one figured out what the meaning of that dragon egg was in that one Snaapshot, maybe it was just a hint on what they were working on. They might also be working on something huge for biomes/world gemeration....ya know,what the name of this update is! The last several Snapshots have had nothing to do with what the whole update is supposed to be.
They could be adding seasons.... they said they were working on it...
