Yes, all players have the ability to /spawn and /sethome and /home, and I know it can be abused in battle but at the moment we do not have a rule or rules set up for setting homes in combat but we will decide. And the teleporting to other people aspect I think is worded poorly and needs to be fixed if I can recall, but what it means is using /tpa (username) in order to request to teleport to them and also there is also /ptp used in parties from a plugin that currently escapes my memory. But no player will be given access to /tp command if that was a worry of yours, that would be kind of crazy if we did let people have /tp.
Lastly the magic carpet is a plugin that pretty much allows you to fly, I agree it sounds like it may give players an unfair advantage, but I am not in charge, I though did tell Neal the owner that I will personally punish those who use magic carpet for unfair combat advantages, whether I get in trouble for punishing those people or not I feel it is unfair.
So let me know what you think about the magic carpet and if donators should have it.
