The reason why I made my texture pack is because it would suit me. But every time I've made one it doesn't end up feeling right. Ugh..... I guess I just scrap this.
Indeed. I came up with this idea before last Christmas. Released in January, and kept it alive for 1 or so months. However, I didn't like it myelf and it wasn't popular enough to continue it.

I'm not much a bumper, but can somebody give meh advice on some banners (previous page). It seems to have been lost in the ensuing awesomeness
So I finally completed My terrain for my overhaul. (Some blocks subject for adjustments) Anyways, for comparison, you can see my old and crappy texture pack here http://www.minecraft...mecraftv300wip/ - No consistency, bland and contrasty colors... but I kept the general concept of it the same. PLEASE tell me what you think.

Anyways, I want to submit my texturepack (quantumcraft III) to the Texture pack central thread, and as you probably already know, you have to submit a 320x320 banner. I made one, and as I was messing around with the filters in GIMP, I found some really cool-looking ones.
The problem is, I don't know if the edited banners are an accurate portrayal of my pack (if they are over-edited). What do you think?

Okay dude, I know you're looking for feedback to help your texture pack grow and become better, but you already have a thread for this! there is no reason for you to be going cross-board to hunt for more people. if you keep working, and create a proper and interesting thread, then you won't need to be making 2 3 and 4 separate threads, having to bump each one regularly. seriously, it's annoying.
@Visual_Argonian, I'm going away this weekend, so if you still want to send me those textures, I won't be able to put them on the customizer until Monday.
Don't worry, my side grass hasn't disappeared- it just changes depending on what side dirt you choose in the customizer.
The customizer really doesn't explain this well I'll try to explain as best as I can:
This is what I submitted for my side dirt:
And this is what I submited for my side grass.
If Stronghold's side dirt and my side grass are chosen, my side grass is overlayed on Strongold's side dirt:
But if my side dirt and side grass are chosen, my side grass overlayed on my side dirt instead:
It looks like you've submitted Stronghold's side dirt and my side grass together, as one .png, for the side grass. Sidegrass is meant to be just the grass (no dirt). The dirt underneath changes depending on what side dirt you choose in the customizer. I hope this helped.
Ahhhhh... tricky customizer. I submitted the grass with the dirt because of shading.....
