Ila, as it is your server, I'm addressing you. I'd like to be a part of the Server Admin team. I have experience in being an admin, running plugins, and managing things like this. I'm dedicated, trustworthy, and not like Glados at all. I understand I'm council, and that clan power has to be separate from admin power, which is why if you accept me into the admin team, I'd step down from council. (although, thanks to quadfiber, I haven't got a lot of work done)

Ill properly introduce myself, some of you have seen me pop by once in a while the last few days to get to know you all a little.
Im am zedero, one of the other server admins on the Agion server (Where DraXX is from and the home of The circle of Magi). As I came to know a few of you a little I feel that I need to say im excited at this merge.
For if the whole merge is finalised I have a nice little gift for the server, its own webspace for a website. 15gb trafic, 750 mb space, 20 mySQL databases. PHP, ASP and more.
As I heared the current map is temporary, I had a few nice suggestions for the original map. I dont know if you have the idea to restart after the full release to get all the new biomes. But im for now assuming that might be a possibility.
I have made an entire new huge (± 170 x 60) spawn area. The main building will be a Cathedral where the spawnpoint is. Outside is a square that leads to 3 of the 3 wind directions and has a notice board for server stuff. The idea is that visitors will spawn in the catacombs of the cathedral. There they will be able to read the rules. the exit is placed in the Cathedral, on the far end site. They do need to walk fully through it. But thats ok. the idea behind is that that will be their first big Oh wow moment. Hopefully giving them inspiration. When they are promoted to builder they spawn near the exit of the cathedral. As as a builder you know the rules. They still will be "forced" to walk near the notice board. So they can see the recent changes / announcements.

The spawn, I sadly have issues running of "Far". So the back is just fogged out.
The square. Each direction is marked out with a huge letter representing its corresponding winddirection. The wood finish on the wall is the noticeboard.
This is right when you enter the cathedral. The pattern on the floor is the spawn for anything above visitors/newcommers.

The newcommers/visitors spawn are in the cathedral. This is the area with all the server rules. Its currently more pimped out then this. But I have not yet screenshotted it.
I hope we as Agion server can make a very nice addition to the KoA server.

Absolutely stunning. The webspace and the spawn! I'm not seeing a reason we would not use that spawn! Thank you so much Zedero for your contributions! I know this merge wil be a great idea.

Alrighty, next we need to promote 2 team leaders, and outside Referee to send us off. So I suggest, once the voting for the king ends. The king (or the queen, if something dramatic happens) will pick team leaders, who will then pick the members one by one. I'm going to keep the who pick up first a secret and tell it to only 2 persons, VIROS, and Neku. So I wont just make up a rules to get myself starting the picking, mkay?
There are rules for this race:
To win, you need to get all 3 wools, hidden in the map, do NOT use dyes or spider string for wools!
You may craft the Iron, Gold, and Diamond blocks.
Do not leave the boundaries of the map and go into normally generated Minecraft terrain.
Survive in any way you can think of. (Yes, you can mine, craft, kill other teams players and place blocks.)
No entering the other team area.
No mods beyond UI changes. (Flying, automatic picker, aimbots ((if there actually is one for Minecraft)), and others game changing.)

My original intentions were to get VIROS reinstated, but I have decided to run for council..
You're probably thinking, "wtf Gouse, you been here for a month?" But becoming council is not truly about longevity, it's about the ability to lead , be mature, and bring something to the table, which I feel I can do.
From the day I've began in KoA to now, I've been active about everyday. The only time I can remember not logging on, even for a bit, was when I was heading back home ._. This may sound like no-life, but it's just true activity. (but also a bit of no life :C ) My dedication to the server is, might I say, outstanding. With the ability to improve it with council powers, I can improve my dedication and make the server better for you. I think no life is a good attribute for council members, and I fit that book :biggrin.gif:.
I also would bring tons of ideas and awesome improvements to KoA. Also amazing builds, such as VIROS' palace, Toki's amazing city and hotel, Wizardy's awesome Creeper Bar, and Zoomy's nice, quaint city. I want to build nice things such as these, but lack the of items or powers. If you were on before or during the grand attack on the Heroes' Guild Fortress, the whole fortress, design and the land it was built on was crafted by me (with slight help from Zimmyzz and tons from DrScience.) I sadly don't have screenshots, because I didn't know it would be blown up and ransacked ._.
But in my opinion, it was great for a by hand build. So imagine what could be done with WorldEdit and Voxel.
(SPOILER ALERT: A LOT!)
Maturity is a huge aspect as to why you should vote for me. I'm not saying I'm a stickler and I don't have fun, but I'm mature. I spell correctly, all of my English is grammatically correct, and dnt tipe lik this. I also am mature enough, to instead of complaining and whining about a situation (sorry VIROS :I) Take the situation head on or find different approaches to solve them.
Aside from being mature, I think I'm likable o.o. I enjoy talking to the members of KoA and RPing with factions and being a hero (without a title :sad.gif:(((( ) and if I became council, I wouldn't douche out on my server-made friends (Like Flez, Wiz, etc.)
I'm not DYING to be council, but it'd be cool if you voted Gous this Saturday at 6pm GMT, on Mibbit :DD.
Remember, it's not about longevity, its about what you can do as council.
I, too, feel VIROS should re-instated into council. My reasons are as follows:
#1 VIROS does good work
#2 The reason for firing VIROS was a little silly
VIROS, no offense to other council members, does majority of councils work (from what I've seen atleast ._.). From setting up a RP event on a random Saturday to building a f***in' huge palace with no pay. The many small things that VIROS has done, has gone unappreciated. And even after getting fired, he hasn't raged too hard and tried to get KoA shut down. By the looks of it, he's still a regular ol' member.
Sure GLaD does plug-ins (and he does a great job) but VIROS does a lot of work and things for the community inside of KoA.
It's apparent that the amount of work and time VIROS puts into KoA, and trying to help make it better, is tremendous.
But when firing him, this was over-looked. Instead they only saw a egotistic snooty complainer. But that's what made him a better councilmen. He stood for things as opposed to an "I don't care" attitude. I feel he may have been fired for being himself or standing for things.
This probably won't get VIROS re-instated but hopefully it'll open your eyes to the big mistake you've made by firing a great council member.
tl;dr re-instate VIROS. He was fired for a dumb reason.

Okay so I'm playing the Windows 10 Edition of Minecraft and everythings going according to plan.
FINALLY after countless stone beacons and an endless amount walking, I find some sugar cane, commonly used for sugar.
however I was using the sugar cane as paper so I could make a map.
so I make my paper and place it in a square around my compass, like so
I know the recipe isn't wrong so why isn't my game outputting a map?
Anyone else have this issue or is this just a funny little bug?
