Backstory:
Vector is once a Bounty Hunter,he hunt all the "WANTED" people in his planet he lived in.He was born by a Half-Saiyan parents who make him into a saiyan.His parents was a bounty hunter like him,but his parents is killed while battling the most wanted person who is a saiyan too.While he grown teen he train to seek revenge to the "person" who killed his parents.When he's grown up,he lived with his uncle.Vector want to be a to be a bounty hunter like his parents.His uncle make him a sword wich he always carry around.He said with himself "I'LL hunt down all these mobster so my parents will rest in peace".He fought androids,majins,namekians,and Half-saiyans.He always train with his uncle every afternoon.Because of his occupation many people is afraid of him.He training,training,and training until he can become super saiyan.
After years of fighting,bounty hunting,he finaly can reach the person who's the planet's mobster Qonqueror and his parents killer.He hunt his "staff" which he try to get information about him/her.When he finaly can fight him/her,he fiercely fight.When the person is weakened,Vector is charging his primary skill "Red Ki Power Bomb",willing to finish him,then the person immedeatly transform into a gigantic,monstrous,powerful dinosaur-like monster.Vector can't beat the "thing",when Vector is weakened the "thing" absorb Vector's power's and bash him into other planet (this planet).with his power taken,he's weakened and he can't fly,he only can ki blast,his Red ki power bomb (wich deal less damage because of vector's power),and his rushing attack technique.He can't transform because of his power.
Signature moves:Red ki power bomb,ki blast,rushing attack.
That is obviously not supposed to happen. May I ask what you where doing and what went wrong? Forge is often considered the future of moding, many mods are migrating to it, most of the major mods use it. For 1.6.x it even has an automatic installer
