Some mod thought it would be funny to put "Life, the universe, and everything" as my forum ranking this morning, I lol'ed, good times. Then he took it away, I'd like it back, pretty simple.

Make a 9x9x5 (length, width, height) hollow cube.

I tried placing the water block 1 level below the dirt, but I think Notch is ahead of the game :tongue.gif:

It was just too slow and I just don't have the patience to wait, putting it on the same level seemed to increase the speed of hydration.

I respect those that sit around on a 9x9, waiting patiently for the water to seep through, but honestly, I got better/funner **** to pursue, 3x3 is king imho :tongue.gif:

1. Get a pair of clear glasses
2. Get paint inbetween the lenses
3. ???
4. Profit!

I suggest you put a glass block right over the water so your wheat (when harvesting) doesn't pop over into the water out of reach.

Good suggestion, but not an issue if you stand right next to the dirt block when harvesting. I like to keep things simple :tongue.gif:. Plus(and probably the biggest factor :smile.gif: I hate the MineCraft Lite's texture packs glass, so ugly, i gotta change it.

It's wood/glass/etc. so that animals won't spawn and trample on the crops

A fun fact for you all, crops don't *need* water to grow, it only helps afaik. I have rows of crops growing (albiet slowly) in the nether right now. The only necessity of crops is light.

I don't even care for any mario games on the 64, only the original super mario bros 3, but I felt same as this guy, you put a lot of blood and sweat into this, can't help but give the vid an open jaw :tongue.gif:

My minecraft music is very organic, right now I'm listening to this...

My List:

-Exploring - Prodigy - Funky **** (it's got a danceable beat for the most part and now and then if it's on a loop it says "OMG THATS SOME FUNKY ****", perfect for exploring :tongue.gif:)
-Spelunking - Daft Punk - Recognizer
-Building - I refuse to post a song for building, just goto winamp, top rated and double click, gl hf
-Ocean/Water/Whatever - Never just swam away lol, but I'd probably go with my top rated winamp listing, ie random **** I like.
-Battle - Daft Punk - Fall
-Death - Glados - Still Alive (for the ironic factor :tongue.gif:)

Experiment, try above posters idea, then post us a screenie, make it worth our while to view this thread :tongue.gif:
