Hey everyone. Today Im going to show you
Some ways to gain some FPS For Minecraft PC!
Lets get started.
1.) Install Optifine.
Optifine is a Mod that speeds up Minecraft and
allows more ways to turn off things that
minecraft runs like Rain Splash. It also has
more render distance Options.
2.) Change the FPS Limit
In the .minecraft file there are is a Options
Text document. Click on it
Once your in that file you will see the words
"fpsLimit:0" without the quote's. Change that
30. If you are still seeing lag try 60. Or even try for a 100!
3.) Play the game in a smaller window or...
Simple as that. Play it in a smaller Window.
Or, if you have Optifine, you can play it in
full screen but it plays as if it was in the
smaller window.
Heres How.
Press Esc/Escape and go to options>video
settings>Other. Then click on Fullscreen until
its on 960x600. Then go back to the game and
press F11. If there is still lag try
a smaller resolution.
4.) Install Game Booster
Gamebooster temporarily closes programs it
your computer does not need to run for gaming.
5.) Start disabling things in video options like smooth lighting.
You can disable more things with optifine
6.) If you have a NVIDIA Graphics Card you can
Right click anywhere on you desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel
Check use my prefence emphasizing and bring the bar to Performence.
7.) Upgrade your graphics card
8.) Power Options
Click on your start Icon and go to control panel>System>Power Options
Then check High Performence. If you have a laptop take breaks playing minecraft
every hour to charge it.
9.) Get a new computer or look at other
methods.
If none of these methods work you could try
other ways or get a new computer.

Haha. Why the hell would 4J Give up SplitScreen when it works perfectly in-game? There are no problems with it. Hell, I usually leave my friend all the way across the map anyway, So there is no problem with Splitscreen and bigger worlds. Bigger maps however should happen in 1.8.2, Espeicially if Animals aren't respawning anymore and we're getting big revenes and more biomes. Yes, 4J Studios needs the 1.8.2 update, and yes, they do need bigger maps. So what they could do if push Microsoft to get them to have these things! And if they do the 1.8.2 update will be longer for release if they succeed
Well, Minecraft XB360 Edition was a complete success and PE Is the No.1 App on the market, PC Has sold 7 million copies, So what other versions of minecraft would we possibly see? In my opinion the game will never get ported to nintendo's or sony's consoles, So maybe we can see a sequel that I hear about a lot called "Minecraft 2" Not sure how it would be different... but what would you guys like to see Minecraft on next? Or is it okay the way it is and doesn't need anymore ways to play. Leave your comment be low

I can tell you right now that Microsoft would never give up a game that are making them millions and millions of dollars. So there would be some way to port it over on the 720 and when they do it would most likely have the features that drag it down from the PC Version, possibly Infinite Worlds. Another thing about the 720 is we'd be lucky to see a demo of it 2013 E3 and we'd be even more lucky to play it Holiday 2014, So there are many more years in the 360.
This it what makes the PC version somewhat superior to the 360 Edition. If the 360 edition had Plugins and Mods not only to protect from griefers but to add more spark to the game. I mean, who doesn't like custom game servers like MineZ. I think once they add mods and plugins then they can move on to Bukkit Servers for the 360 Edition.
...I think all Mobs in 1.7 are easy to kill besides skeleton...
Zombie: Stay put and let them come to you then attack
Creeper: If you have a Diamond Sword go right a head and attack. 2 hits and there dead. If you don't have a diamond sword and you have a Stone or Iron Sword attack let them come to you then attack them while backing away. Then there a easy 2 hit kill.
Ghast: I don't bother with them too much, but shoot arrows at them while dodging fireballs. Its too hard to hit fireballs back and hit them. If there too much to handle build a cobblestone base
Pigmen: If your fighting one do the same thing with the zombies. If your fighting a group stay away from them and shoot arrows. Or kill them and take damage. Chance are they will drop pork chops.
Spider: Attack while moving backwards.
Skeleton: Try to move towards them and dodge arrows by moving left and right. Once your close move dodge arrows and attack. I think there the hardest because they have better aim then they do in the current version and if you get hit you take a lot of damage...

1. How big is the map going to be in 1.8.2?
Well, obviously the 1024x1024 Land in the 360 Edition is not big enough for the new things in the update such as massive strongholds, NPC Villages, and new + bigger biomes. So is it going to be bigger?
2. How will the 360 Edition generate worlds without taking out biomes or NPC Villages?
As you all know, the 360 Edition doesn't produce a infinite world. (Which is Surprising because castleminer has infinite worlds) So when the world generates it could leave biomes and villages out. So when the world generates how will it include every biome and NPC village? What also concerns me is how big will the massive strong holds be. In the PC it seems like it goes on forever and theres always more to explore but with limited world size in the 360 Edition how will it work?
3. How will animals work in 1.8.2?
In 1.8, animals stopped despawning. When you killed all animals on your land you could venture out and find more because of the infinite world. Well, this issue is just like issue with ore's. Once you've mined all the Diamonds, Coal, Redstone, Iron, and Gold there isn't anymore left in that world. Unless they make the world infinite in 1.8.2, I think once you kill all the animals there will be none left. Maybe they could do a one-for-one thing like when you kill a group of pigs another group will spawn? Or bring down breeding from 1.9? I dunno, but if they just put in the same codes that the PC had then this can be a bigger problem then it already is.
cant you just change them yourself??? also im left handed, but im not a lefty mouse user, i think only a small percent of people are...
edit: 15% of people are lefties, i bet less than 10% of those people are going to use a lefty mouse, maybe less
I thought it would be more convenient if they we're already set.
For people using a mouse that are left handed this would be a great feature. It could say "Right (Defualt)" in the settings part of the menu. You could click it just as you would to change the difficulty. Then it would say "Left". Also, the controls would automaticly be changed to suit left handed people such as The arrows to move, Ctrl to jump and RShift to sneak. When you go back to the game your hand of your character would appear on the left side. And when you go into 3rd person view you use your left hand for all your swinging, block placing business. I think this would be a good idea for people who are left handed.
Hi. I run a minecraft XBL server and yesterday Me and a majority of my players lost their stuff. Also while we we're trying to figure out what happened the voice chat started getting laggy. (peoples voices we're skipping) It wasn't their or my connection because when we tried party chat they ALL sounded perfect. Plus... They we're getting alot of disconnections from my server. I have a great modem, using wired internet, and Every other game runs good with or with out party chat but minecraft. Hope these bugs get fixed.

Since I'm the only one running it and my friends list is getting close to full, I'm accepting staff members for my world! If you would like to join you will have to played in my world for 1 hour, use a microphone, and have a post with the following:

- How you would help me keep my world safe.
- Agree to not grief, kill constantly, (Killing is aloud in my world just not repeatedly) and keep things fair.
Keep in mind that if you are accepted staff members on Xbox differs from PC's. If someone is causing a ruckus (constant killing, raging, etc) you warn them. If it continues tell me and I will remove them from my friends list making them unable to join. If someone is griefing, tell me, and stop them by killing them. I know this sound wierd but it works for minecraft on Xbox knowing it has no commands. Also, I need people that can have open friends list so they can add people to join the world.
I will send you a message on Xbox Live if your accepted.
