    Yeah, i've been waiting to play Aether with other dimensional mods for a LONG time now :). First time i've been able to actually go into the dimensions without an insta-crash lol.

    So before I forget to backup my config settings, I'm going to post them here. I managed to get aether working with twilight, galacticraft, and tropicraft (haven't tried divinerpg yet). The ID's are configured down from 4000, if you add more mods and have conflicts either edit them by hand or google and install idfix mod (editing them by hand provides a bit more stability to ensure nothing goes wrong). Also, these are all the latest 1.6.4 versions.

    So I'm getting this error whenever I try to enter the aether dimension. I put a pack together consisting of some dimensional mods including Tropicraft, DivineRPG, Twilight Forest, Mystcraft, and Dimensional Doors. I managed to get them working together with help from idfix. Anyways, I'd appreciate any help with getting these working together. It might have something to do with clashing dimensions or id issues... not entirely sure (or nothing related to that at all).

    Yeah, right now i'm trying to figure out how I should design the tree. I'm thinking that I might setup a bukkit server with a few creative plugins and just import it into my world with mcedit.

    One problem I might have is trying to set it up for boss fights - i'm not that great at map making because i have little experience so i'm trying to combat that with using tools to help me. The new snapshot has given me a few ideas I'd like to see if they're possible and implement it into one huge boss fight.

    Right so I've decided to bite the bullet and finally start working on a map. I've wanted to for a while - just never bothered to yet. All the tools I know of should make this a lot easier :).

    So today I just spent ten minutes or so designing the world for my map. I decided to take a part of the pokemon world map and incorporate it in to my series. There will be a few differences of course, I just needed something to go on.

    All the new updates have given me TONS of ideas for minigames, parkours, puzzles and other things. I'll probably build this in the snapshots until 1.8 officially comes out. I'll update this post with more things later.

    I suggest trying this with FTB's Blood & Bones modpack, it suits it almost perfectly :D. This is a very well done mod, I would definitely recommend everyone to at least give it a try.

    The openness of minecraft is what drew me to it in the first place - i love the idea of all the endless possibilities that only a unique game such as minecraft can provide.

    There really is no comparison regarding the satisfaction of crafting something in the PC version. I think they should have implemented some sort of similar crafting GUI from the beginning.

    I voted No, Yes, Yes.

    I voted no on PC inventory because ios devices have no mouse, therefore it shouldn't be replicated since it's fundamentally different. I voted yes on PC crafting for the reason stated above, however it should be made in mind with touch gestures instead of a mouse. The PC inventory could be made the same way but I'm not sure how good it would be. I also voted yes on toggling because it wouldn't make those who only played the ios version or prefer it feel deprived of shortcuts.

    Hey I have an idea, is it possible to get essence ore to spawn as nether ores from powercrystals? I would REALLY like this to be possible. It would add an element of danger to mining magical crops :).

    I am a big MCPE fan and prefer it over PC. I love how fast it is progressing, the mobility and the controls. But I will not lie, PC is definately better than all other versions. No need to second think that.


    The pc version is better because it's more open sourced - they can only do so much on ios (andriod is a different story). that, and because it's been out for longer. MCPE will no doubt soon rival the pc version on its own regarding content. I enjoy being able to play minecraft away from home so having it on my phone is a big plus.

    I'm so very looking forward to the release - I've been wanting something like this for minecraft ever since I started watching arma: island life (looks similar anyways). It looks like you're doing some solid work on it, good luck!

    Also, I have a rank idea. There could be different ranks for civilians and police, for incentive to play more often. Not sure about perks or rewards though.
