Just reached the Black Heart Citadel.

Seriously considering a TNT cannon.

I have a similar lag problem. Tryed to ping my server and it timed out four times, and said 0 out of 4 packets received, 100% packets lost.

I'll use this mod again when the makers of this and Mo' Creatures/Humans+ make their inter-mob AI better. Right now I have a legion of anti-horse knights trying to knife my unicorn in the daytime, while at night red creepers get chased around by bandit hordes and set fire to everything flammable, to say nothing of the TNT.

Just wanted to say thanks for such a great mod. It's made exploring really interesting even in the daytime. Just after installing it, I was wandering around and when I saw pieces of cloth and leather, which confused me, and then I realized "OH, there's a predator around here!". Looked around and sure enough, lion. Haven't ridden a horse yet because I never made a wheat farm on this world, but I'm sure it will be fun.
