Hmm, can you look in your minecraft directory and see if there is a "ForgeModLoader-client-0.log" file? If there is, please post it here.
I believe there is a MCPC port of bukkit that the reobf_srg version of this mod will work with. More information to come in the near future.
I'm still working on the slots feature. It's going to take some time to complete.
Anyways, if the client doesn't have the mod, they just won't see some of the visual changes. I.e. if you change a mob spawner to spawn a different entity, they won't be able to see the new entity in the spawner. If they reconnect to the server, then the changes will appear.
EDIT: I'm working on adding the save slots right now. Would you guys prefer the vanilla minecraft buttons (i.e. like the "Save" button on the screen) or the TMI-style buttons (black button with an alpha channel)?

Does this mod still conflict with command blocks? I'm making an adventure map so things like WorldEdit are useful, but this causes conflicts with command blocks, so I was wondering if this was fixed before I install it.
How do I make it so mobs drop not just 1 piece of custom loot, but multiple? For example, for a spider, equipped on the "head" with 2 pieces of leather and not just 1?
How I put it in is
id
334
But I want again, not just 1 piece of leather, multiple of them.
IDEAS:
Slots would be nice, I want to have the "save-the-tag" feature: It can contain everything! You can name slots, delete them (like in TMI).
Also it would be great if there will be "right panel" containing ID-s of Blocks, items, potions and enchantments...
Fast Enchanter, Potion-effector and ID selector on the right panel
Hot key - to run command /nbtedit W/O typing. I use SinglePlayerCommands to bind key "i" for this command.
Structure keeper - helps to avoid wrong tags or tags in wrong place
And, yeah, maybe more user friendly: for ex. there will be a small picture of item next to ID tag...
But these are only ideas, they might not be used and came into reality...

And sorry for my bad English...
I agree with Qerter, the structure keeper would be very useful to make sure no mistakes are made, and prevent Minecraft from crashing when altering spawners.

You can already see them when invisible with this mod installed.

And how would you use block 36 for that?
1
And what kind of block 36 magic could you use to achieve that?

Perhaps change the count value to more than 1.
