    Question: What would "Corrupt Wildlands" be made up of other than something that gives you dirt.

    I want to stop people from growing trees early on but I've already given them tons of saplings. :/

    If I need to, I can make it out of mycelium though. :'(

    People have already voiced their opinions on this.

    I think that it's just experimental and Vechs just doesn't know how to balance it out well yet. He needs to play around some more with this idea.

    Also, the derpiest thing I've done in MC is when I first discovered it. I ran around in awe looking at all the cool resources and wondering at their untapped possibilities. When night came and my friend told me that hostile mobs came out, I got scared and dug myself a hole to stay in. I put a block on the top so that nothing could come in. About a minute passed, and I opened up the top to see if it was still night. A creeper dropped from above and exploded, all while I was in the dark. I may have screamed. I ragequit, and didn't play Minecraft for a couple days. And then I came back...

    Edit: This is pretty.. (squeal)

    It's not going to look like this once I start moving things around, delete some, and add a mountain. Want to preserve the moment :)

    By no mobs spawning, do you mean natural mobs or spawner mobs (such as fleecy ones)?

    Vechs hasn't added nether wart, but he allows you to hack some in with an extra water block. I don't remember the specifics.. It's the haven-like glass dome area? I'm sure you'll remember.

    You finishing NR has made me want to continue. I stopped for a while not because I'd been dying but because it had been taking SO LONG to get a blaze rod. I actually still don't have one because most of the blaze spawners I've encountered have been conveniently next to the void or don't give out blaze rods, but I've been moving along.


    Behind that wall of TNT is a ­load of mobs from Bunkerstein.

    Success? I think so.

    I don't think it's that the new maps are harder, I think that you haven't gotten used to the new features in correlation to something as difficult to a Super Hostile map. You should probably just get a SH map, play it until you die once, and then play on some PVP server, and learn about potions and the new attacking mechanics. Then come back in a month or two, download the same map, and play again.
