I know a lot of people who don't like the new minecraft PvP mechanics and play on 1.8 or 1.8.9 but I have a suggestion to make, rather than removing the new PvP mechanics I would make a button in the controls to change the PvP. For example if I was on a KitPvP server and was on the 1.9X version I would most likely lose any fights I got into. But then I could go into my controls and change it to the 1.8X PvP style instead and my chances would be higher than before.
