    sounds like an idea. I've been working on this project for a few months now and part of what I just got to I did a test and realized that it was gonna go a few more floors higher. I checked the MCP release page and it seems 5.6 is out I think this is what you mentioned earlier.

    So even if WorldGenerationTweaks was released does it effect current maps? like I go and load up my current map and I go up to where the top use to be would it just let me go higher than that or would I have to generate new chunks and those would be taller than normal?

    Great mods hidden doors is awesome. One little bug I noticed is when the door is placed near a light source. In the case I tried out was a mossy cobblestone wall 2 high and a cobble stone wall up after that. The reference block was placed underneath the wall and then the mossy cobble door was erected to take up the 2 block gap in the wall. The reference block has a lit furnace or block 62 in front of it generating light which generates light on the door instead of smoothly blending in with the other mossy cobble stone.

    I really need my minecraft world to become taller if I want my minecraft project to finish. I was wondering if you could update the world tweaks for 1.1. How does it work exactly would my world just all of a sudden have 100 more blocks of air above it or can I choose which tweaks to do?

    I agree all the posts on mod pages consist of waaaa I can't install it, it won't work, my computer is so bad minecraft runs at 2 fps fix it magically from your end. If your waiting for mods make a new world you don't care for install TooManyItems dig down fill it with TNT and detonate it all.

    Worst ending ever. After sitting through some boring text boxes and reading through all of it I can say for certain that in order to end something with no story don't stick a story in at the end. An introduction in your first outing of a story, fragments scattered in dungeon chests that tell you how to craft stuff or where you could find mobs, a conspiracy of why these books and clues are there who put them there. A more thrilling end zone would have been nice not a useless one way trip filled with 1 type of stone and an army of of mobs you have to look at the ground or the sky to avoid having to fight. What's the best way to make a fight harder fill it with more weak bad guys and heal the boss all the time while he flies around and you have to wait to get a shot off. Everyone wanted an aether and got it a barren more annoying to get to version than the sky realm it was originally.

    I think that the game was fine in the early beta with less options and all the new stuff is tacked on like for a beta or even an alpha. Great ideas that as a development team should have been embraced like lanterns, ways to fly, and mobs that spawn in large numbers and aren't push overs were left in the trash bin cause people complained or wanted something else.

    Eh. To install this extension mod should be the same as every other mod. Get a clean minecraft. Install the prerec modloaders, delete meta-inf, load minecraft no other mods. Save out. Do the same thing for your selected mod and make minecraft run. If it doesn't make sure to not include any readme's in the jar, that you got all the latest versions of minecraft, prerecs, and mods and try again if not try restarting in between installs or checking minecraft runs with each prerec. If you can trace it back to a prerec then go to their page and maybe they will say that it doesn't work on your comp.

    I have managed to make a 1.3_01 jar run on everything in a 1.0.0 fresh install of the game, and have gotten several mods to work on this aging laptop. make sure your java client is also up to date

    nice maybe you could re-skin the dragon to be a different color or create different dragon colors by placing the egg and a dye in the crafting table and these dragons could do different things like a blue dragon can be ridden underwater, a red dragon goes through every block but leaves them on fire, and a yellow could light up dark areas like glowstone but can't destroy blocks a sort of exploratory dragon maybe have it's light reach like 30 blocks so you can see clearly from greater heights.

    Maybe these dragons could be made smaller like 9 cubic blocks so they are more maneuverable and can idle so you can shoot fire breath, water jets(water that disappears like fire does but instead of lighting blocks up drops them), and lightning to kill mobs except pigs and creepers. the controls could be mouse to change the dragon's direction and wasd to move it just like the player no input from wasd and it hovers but can still turn

    WOW!!!

    this looks so awesome. I'm making a project from a specific reference source and while making it I upgraded it to be more effective the stone walls had little repeating gaps that I learned would be very effective sniping positions at the time. With this mod I could create the sniper turrets and remove all the lighting and have them kill off every mob that spawns.

    could you add some sort of way of letting the defense bots follow patrol paths (like bury a series of torches like 3-5 blocks away crafted with say enderpearls and any bot follows a path above the torches diagonally(x,z),x, or z ) and maybe a cloaking shield upgrade (crafted from maybe diamonds, or obsidian + flint&steel, or both sort of a nether portal is created in them and that allows them to stay out of sight :laugh.gif: ) that you could see the turret with the controller or just have the outline visible.

    I wish this was just adopted by notch and the end was scrapped this place looks more revolutionary like the first time i entered the nether than the end which looks like a blank slate with so many enderman you either look at the ground or at the sky to avoid having to deal with them. This mod makes me wish I could have separate minecraft.exe's to switch between like an official unmodded minecraft that I can update and A mod minecraft that I can just leave till the mod catches up.

    Interesting mods I personally only tried the enchant view but if you could make a standalone NO SWAMPS mod or a return to Beta 1.7 terrain generator mod I would definitely try it out. Nothing was more surprising to me than when I tried 1.9 and minecraft with a bad patch of black swamp and every world since having a swamp area easily found by walking a few blocks from your spawn.

    Enchant view definitely a must for anyone that wants to enchant an item. If there was a box that threw out exp orbs that would be the best addition to the mod.

    great mod i needed a way to power pistons to push a 3 by 4 wall of iron bars discretely and replace it with air after activating 4 hidden transmitters and this mod solved the problem of wiring a stack of 4 pistons
