I want to help the server to make a really awesome experience for all players. I am really qualified for one main reason which is the experience. Also, I worked intensely with staff members making sure they were developing into awesome staff which I believe what made many of the servers I worked on successful. I learned that Admin can be a ruthless job but if you have the right man no task is impossible.

Are you proficient in solving problems, explain: It depends on all problems, I always try to not take sides but I always love having evidence so it is easier to see if something actually happened? I would also ask what issue it is and how could I help you guys and make you guys not have an irrational day and just have some fun. Well, I would first do is ask for evidence if none is given I will go look in the logs to make sure it is a valid statement and make sure they aren't lying.
In your own words, why are admins necessary on a server: Administrators are people who are highly trusted staff. They need to be on to help make some tough decisions with the owners. They are there to make sure the Owner has an easier and less stressful job than he already has. They have to solve issues and figure out what is the most beneficial thing to do for the server. An Admin also has to call some shots when the Owner isn't on and has to provide ample details to him.
Describe the extent of your knowledge with plugins, commands, and other similar aspects of administration: I know plugins and how you configure them. You need either FTP access or console (which I won't request). Plugins you have to got o config and edit what you want and either reload the plugin using the plugin or restart the whole server. /co inspect and /co rollback are really important if someone griefs and has damaged a lot. /ban, /tempban, /mute, /kick, /ipban

Professionalism also means being mature and advocating the peace. Professionalism is when you have to act professionally for what your all about and to show how well your server is and what kind of community it has.

What would you do if you saw someone hacking: Well, first I would first go in vanish, record, follow them around and second I would make them put a ".". After that, I would go onto a skype call and make them open their ".minecraft" folder and see if S/he has a client and if they don't then the suspect is free to go.
What would you do if you saw someone griefing: Well first off I would be polite and ask them to stop but if not following my order they will be kicked and temp ban, then finally perm. ban. You might be asking why would I do that well I want them to learn that I am not joking around and have given them ample warnings to stop doing it.
