Power. Power corrupts. It was through the never ending and all consuming quest for power the Valerian dynasty of the Crownlands was ended, and that the King’s line was destroyed. Lord Redmour led a rebellion, attempting to take control of the Kingdom. During the siege of Kingsport, the one son of King Aereas Valeria was slain, ridding the King of heirs. When the forces of Redmour captured the city, the King was slain. Redmour took the capital, but soon civil war consumed much of the continent. Various factions vying for control of the Emerald Throne through open conflict, politics, and manipulation. The turmoil and state of near anarchy caused old enemies to prepare for war once more. The Gulds, Nordic sea raiders from the desolate region of Rowan in the north prepare to raid the un-protected coastlines of the Crownlands. In the east, the warriors of Syrnia sharpen their scimitars, their eyes on Eastfell…
It is in Eastfell where you shall make make your mark on the world. You begin your journey in Seaport, the seat of House Seamont. Shall you make a simple life for yourself as a farmer, or a fisherman? Or amass great wealth as a merchant? Serve dutifully as a guard? Or shall you make a name for yourself, and rise to fame and glory? Which house will you serve? Seamont, Clay, Vecchiarelli, Norfyre? Or will you fight against them all? Shall you tip the scales, change the balance of power, or shall you gain it yourself. It is up to you to decide your character’s destiny.
Cultures:
Syrnians:
The tanned men that hail from the most eastward part of the world, Syrnia, where desert sands stretch on for miles and warlords struggle for power, are known as the Syrnians. They are a battle-hardened, war-torn, yet proud people. With the death of the old Valerian king, the most powerful among them set their eyes west towards the Emerald Throne.
Crownlanders:
Common folk from the feudal mainland. Most are farmers, fishers, or hunters and all live under the control of the numerous vassals of the old Valerian king. People of the Crownlands are known for fighting among themselves for land and power. The island of Eastfell is where some migrant Crownlanders fled to escape the turmoil on the mainland.
Gulds:
The Gulds are men from the country of Rowan on the mainland. A fair haired race of burly men and slender rough woman. They live in small towns competing for resources in the barren icy wilderness. The lack of resources have led them to become a culture based on the raiding and pillaging of others. Any Guld boy who does not kill in his first nine years is executed for cowardice. This breeds roughness and survivability into the rough men of the Rowan. Amidst the chaos, they begin raids along the northern coastlines of the Crownlands, even targeting Eastfell.

-Cybering is allowed to an extent, you may do it anywhere else besides the server and the forums. You are welcome to do whatever on skype. The highest level you can get to is being naked.
-Our server is a privilege, not a right.
-Making nether portals is BANNABLE
-Hacking is not permitted, nor are any X-RAY texturepacks or client mods.
-Harassing other players or staff members will lead to an immediate ban.
-No Toxicity, please be decent to one another!
-Abusing glitches is bannable offense. Examples include, but are not limited to: block jumping (breaking a block in protected land, then jumping into it's space before it respawns to reach normally unreachable areas), finding loopholes within our plugins, etc.
-No Trolling
-Metagaming and powergaming are not permitted.
-Please refrain from straying away from server lore. Any rp that includes lore events not approved by staff can and will be voided!
-Playing as an unapproved race is also not allowed.
-If you run away from roleplay with little to no rp, you may suffer the consequences of mechanics based combat (PvP).
-You must learn magic in character.
-Logging from roleplay, without a proper reason.
-You may not force anyone to PK, it is their decision.
-You may not impersonate another player by the means of MC-USERNAME changing or our currently used /nick plugin.
-Other types of negative behavior shall be justified as seen fit by the staff.

You are taking a stroll along a river, when you come across a wounded man lying on its banks.
"HELP ME!" He screeches as he notices you.
From afar you can see that he has multiple arrows protruding from his belly.
"PLEASE!" He calls again, desperately.

I'm the head admin on an upcoming server. No one on my team knows much about plugins, but we have managed to put together a very rough version with many flaws and such. My server is a roleplay server, so I need chat plugins, character cards (that display chosen name in chat), and a basic group system with different staff positions. Other extra plugins we may want include an item namer, simple rolling system and a few others.

People have only just begun to question whether Smaug still guarded the mountain.The dwarves of the Iron Hills are primed, ready to strike at a moments notice. However, a shadow looms over the lands. The cities of the Goblins are preparing, and an evil presence is growing the the forest of Mirkwood. Scout Parties of orcs and goblins are often spotted in the lands between Thranduil's Halls and Gundabad, and in the northern hills. Giant spiders lay claim to the once peaceful woodland realm of the elves, allegedly originating from the ruins of Dol Guldur. Many are unaware, but war is coming.
Now is your chance to create a tale of your own in the world of Middle Earth. Opportunity is ripe, and Erebor still lays as the prize for those brave enough to take it. Are you a stout Dwarf warrior of the Iron Hills, an avid fisherman of Laketown, a skilled Elven archer from the Woodland Realm, a simple hobbit, a master horseman of the Riddermark, or part of the growing ranks of the goblin armies? Hello. I need some help from anyone who has experience with world painter. I need you to create a landscape that looks like this. (below) I want to build a sort of feudal town map so a map like this would fit perfectly. Make sure it is relatively large and is an island with some flat areas, forests (custom brushes for this preferred), and has a nice river flowing through it. Anyone that is willing to help will have my eternal thanks.
